It's hard to say, especially after coming off birth control for what sounds like maybe a few years?? Your hormones could be way out of whack and your body may take awhile to figure out what kind of cycle it should be on. I would suggest going to get a blood test though from the doctor because if it's not pregnancy, there may be other things happening too. Good luck and I hope it turns out well for you.

Ask for a blood test. It can tell you one way or the other for certain. If you have been taking birth control pills, it can sometimes take a while for your body to get back into its regular rhythm of periods. For some it can take many months to get pregnant after going off the pill but for others it takes no time at all.

Wow... I'm not sure wats up with you. well the first piece of advice that i have for you is to just try to calm down, sometimes stress can make your period late or you have no period at all. now most people say that a woman can tell if she is pregnant or not... part of a womanly intuition, so maybe your right. just make sure that you get your blood tested and maybe try another brand of a pregnancy test. Good luck and i hope things work out for you

It's possible that just going off your bc that you've been on for years is kinda throwing things off a little bit. If you've gotten to neg. test at the clinic they are prob. right. But just to be sure I would def. take one about a week after you should have gotten your period. If it's still neg. it's okay, just take this time to get your body ready to go through some major changes. You may want to see your OB and get one some pernatal vitamins if your not already. And it can sometimes take a little while after you've gone off bc to become preg. so don't worry it will happen just be patient and take time time to prepare yourself and your body.

I would get a blood test done at your doctor's office to be sure. If you think you are pregnant you can almost make yourself believe you are having the pregnancy "symptoms" that a pregnant woman gets. I would just relax and try not to worry yourself so much.

Give yourself another week and try the urine test again. Don't be surprised if you're not pregnant, especially if you've just recently come off the pill. It'll take your body several months to adjust.

If you really want to be sure, the best is to take a blood test not urine, blood test is more accurate, hopefully you are, I wish you the best of luck, and let us know if you are ok!!!
