I have had two miscarriages: one last august at 6 weeks. and the other one was this week at barely 3 weeks, november. Dr. told me that it is normal and the reason was chromosomal abnormalities. My husband and I are both healthy. We are going to try again hope it works out for us :) Anyone fell pregnant with healthy babies after two miscarriages? I need reassurance. I am 28 and my husand is 31

I had a miscarriage 7 years ago at 10 weeks. I had another miscarriage in August this year this time it was a missed miscarriage. At my routine scan they could not find a heartbeat, I was 9 weeks. In between these miscarriages I gave birth to identical twin girls 3 years ago. They were conceived naturally. Usually a miscarriage is natures way of telling you something was wrong. Doctors do not investigate miscarriages until you have had 3 consecutive losses. I'm sorry for your losses. Miscarriages are difficult to cope with especially when you plan to have your family. Give yourself chance to grieve. Let your body recover and nature will run its course. I'm sure you will be blessed with a baby very soon. Good luck x

Miscarriages can be due to many reasons. You must remember that the child formation in a body is not like something that is happening in a machine. There is nothing being held together by bolts and nuts. There are no screws to be tightened. The whole thing is held together by your own muscles and other results of hormones and enzyme reactions.

Your physical activities contribute to this a lot. If you strain yourself. If you wear tight body wear. If you wear high heeled shoes - all have an affect on it

Your mental condition also matters a lot. If you are depressed. If you get angry often etc affects the enzymes in your body.

The food also contributes - I know unripe pineapples affect pregnancy.

I know of a lady who spent the last 6 months in bed with knees up most of the day to avoid her 3rd miscarriage - and she succeeded.

Good Luck

I don't have personal experience with this, but I do know that my best friends mother had like 6 miscarriages before she finally had a baby. I'm not trying to scare or discourage you!! I'm just saying, when it's time - it's time, and you'll have a beautiful baby.

Best of luck to you both!!

My sister had 5 miscarriages between her first and second child. You will get there I know it is hard to be patient when you want a child so bad. I tried everything possible including fertility drugs to have my one and only daughter. It took 13 years. I was 34 when I had her and she is now 20 and the joy of my life. Best of luck to you and remembe good things come to those who wait...

Both my friend and I had healthy babies after miscarriages. If you continue to have problems I would have your doctor check for a clotting disorder and PCOS.
