i have had a brownish discharge for the past 2 or 3 days lost count but it stopped it felt like my period was coming on but when i looked it was brown i am prego i have been since the middle of october

mY boyfriend and I had sex on October 18. My period was suppose to come that week, and it came the 19th (rite after we had sex the next day) and today is the 20th and we havent had sex this month. We used protestion and everything? could my period just be late?

i am on microgynon, this month, one day i took my pill one hour late; i was worried i could get pregnant as i had similar symptoms; my period came on time, the day it was meant to but i still have panic attacks and thinking i might be pregnant. it's not a light bleeding, it is like normal period as i know you might have some light bleeding when you're preg. does anyone know which is the difference between this bleeding and a normal period? could i still be pregnant?

I have heard lots of different things e.g best time is mid cycle, been told the best time is when on your period, also been told you cant get pregnant when on toue period.

I tryed for a baby on the 16th which was last thursday but today Iam getting shooting pains from my belly button down to my vagina? Is this normal? This will be my first pregnancy so I'm unsure of the normal signs. Can anyone help?

I'm almost 30. I'm an obese woman, used to have irregular period, but quite regular for last few years. My last period appeared at 30 Aug. Then it disappeared until now, almost 3 months. I had intercourse at 30 Sept. I feel dizzy and vomit sometimes. I done the pregnancy kit test 2 times, but did not show that I'm pregnant. What should I do? I done it one week after sex, the second time was about after a month. Should I test again? or go to doctor to take blood test? Any experience women or obese women can teach me?

I want to take time off to raise my child and spend time with him/her, but I don't know if this will be detrimental to my career or if taking 3-4 years off will set me back in the long run. i have been trying for a baby for around 2 months last month i had 2 periods and i thought that was a bit strange but htough i probly was nbot pregnant i wa so sure i was this month and was die to start my period on around the 24th but i have just came on? could i still be? is early period a possible sing ofpregnancy as i know some people have their periods? also i have had bad cramps and slight dihorea whats happening to me? please help much aprciated x

A friend of mine finally became sexually active about four months ago, but when she was with the guy, they didn't use condoms..

She hasn't had her period for 4 months..
I know most people would be like "DUH! She's pregnant" but when she took the test around halloween it came back negative (We had 2 tests for her, but she only did one..then again she never showed us the test strip either..)
but she swears up and down she's not pregnant....

Anyone know anything else that could cause that..
She's 18 now..
She said it might have something to do with the fact that her mom has two diseases or something that deal with her ovaries (something about having one is rare but having two is nearly impossible)

I don't know, if anyone has any suggestions, please respond, even if you just wanna say "Yeah..she's pregnant"..

Also.. isn't there a certain time amount before you can go get an abortion?? ((I'm against it but she HATES kids..and she would probably kill herself))

I have worked for my company for a year and a half at present & my baby is due on June 24th 2007. As far as I am aware I am entitled to 6 months paid maternity leave & 6 months unpaid maternity leave is I wish. However, my father called round to see me on the weekend & informed that the law has very recently changed & that I will now be entitled to 9 months paid maternity leave. Can anyone tell me if this is correct? And if it is where can I find information regarding this new law?

I came off the pill in October as I kept getting periods in the middle of my cycle and not on my break, my last period was 5 weeks ago, my breasts are sore sometimes and have never been before, I am getting very thick discharge (white, no smell). Me and my partner have been together for 2 years. We had sex once without a condom forgetting I was no longer on the pill remembering in the middle stopping and putting one on. Is it likely I am pregnant or not?

I can't tell by my cycle cause it has a mind of it's own but I think i know when implantation occured last Monday I took a test 2 days and got a neg I took 2 test Hannaford brand and they both came up negative but I keep getting a milkly not smelly discharge (lots of it) like my AF kind of flow but still no AF I have sore boobs, cramping can't fall asleep and some nausa has anyone had this happen and am i testing too soon?

My son is 33 months and I have tried to train him several times. He did it twice on the potty but other times on the floor. He doesn't finish his business and walks around with a few drops here and there. He is still not talking yet, so I don't really know when he wants to pee - I can just guess. Help !!!

I'm a 23 year old single father of a 3 year old boy (soon to be 4). My Wife died after being hit by a drink driver when our son was a year old. I have told him mummy died (not in such a manner), and we gave her a star, which he says goodnight to before bed. I'm having trouble answering some of his recent questions, such as Why did mummy get taken away, Do we get another mom, Are you or me going to be taken away to, He's not upset while asking just curious, he asks them repetitavely, and my answers don't seem resolve his searching, i've told him what i think was approriate for his age, and didn't go into too much detail. Have i been doing the right thing or going about it the right way? Any information as to how to go about it better? IS it appropriate to be so candid (for lack of a better word) about death to a child of 3/4?

I would think the majority do because of maternal instinct - but certainly not all of them. Maybe 60-70% of women like kids.

OK here is the thing he is 14 and though we have taught him well and he is very respectful and continues to tell us that even though he and his girlfriend are close they are not ready for sex, I feel it might be important to have them on hand. I pretty much work with all men and was not afraid one day to ask them what age they were. Then again some may just be shooting off at the mouth but most said 14 or 15. As I said we are raising our kids with the knowledge they can come to us with anything even if they think they are ready to go that step. that most of what we want is honesty and they have both promised us they would. So I need this advice as to what to do.
