i am on microgynon, this month, one day i took my pill one hour late; i was worried i could get pregnant as i had similar symptoms; my period came on time, the day it was meant to but i still have panic attacks and thinking i might be pregnant. it's not a light bleeding, it is like normal period as i know you might have some light bleeding when you're preg. does anyone know which is the difference between this bleeding and a normal period? could i still be pregnant?

Anytime you have unprotetced sex you can get pregnant. Even on the pill you can get pregnant. It's rare but it can happend and does in about 5 out of 1000 women.

In asnwer to your question, yes you can have a normal period and still be pregnant. My wife had that happen. She never knew when she was pregnant. SHe had to have a pregnancy test each time.

Take two EPT's and call the doctor in the morning....:-)

Everyone is different. I would suggest getting a pregancy test if you are worried. Sometimes you can be pregnant and have a period, then the rest will be absent. Pregnancy test is my suggestion if you are that worried about it.

You can still have a regular period while pregnant, although it is uncommon. See your ob/gyn for a Beta Blood test to be sure.
