I stopped taking the ortho evra birthcontrol patch about 3 weeks ago. My husband and I are trying to have a baby. I am due for my normal period in about 10 days. How long should I wait before I take a test? I dont want to take it too early.

I took a pregnancy test last night. My period isn't even technically late yet but it should be coming this weekend...I couldn't wait. I got one of the First Response ones that are supposed to tell you five days before your missed period. I took it and it took a few minutes and there was a VERY faint 2nd line in the window. The first line was very plain and dark but there's a second you can only barely see.
Am I only seeing a shadow where the second line WOULD be if I were pregnant or am I taking my test kind of soon so the test detected minimal amounts of the pregnancy hormone? I'm going to retest after the weekend (provided my period doesn't show up) and see what happens. Just wondering if this ever happened to anyone else and if you were ever pregnant and got the "barely able to tell" second line.

Doctor said Saline Drops and clean out. Says that is all we can do. I run a humidifire in the room. Please I know to listen to doctor they know best but just any suggestion to make him a little bit more comfortable would be nice.

His ex is having his baby, I knew about this before we got together, he knows I love him very much, and I'm going to support him all the way, he said he does not want to be with her as they split up before she found out she was pregnant!

Thing is, he doesn't really like talking about the baby, he kind of shuts off about it.. It's quite a sore subject to be honest with you, he said he aint ready which is understandable and I think he does not want to hurt my feelings maybe?

i am about 6 weeks pregnant and i keep getting cramps, they arent bad, but it scares me cause this is my second preganancy and i cant remember if i had cramps this early or not. like i said they arent horrible but they are there. is this normal?

Hi There, i am 18 years old pregnant for the first time. i have just got used to the idea of being a mum. i has my last period on 11/10/06 which would me me 8 weeks & 4 days preagnant..went to the doctors today for an internal scan..they found a sac and a baby but no heart beat...they said that i am defineately not 8 weeks i am less..I have has no bleeding at all just all the normal pregnancy symptons.. Please could any one help? is it normal not to detect a heart beat at 6-8 weeks??

I am breast feeding and I was told by the doctor to keep taking prenatal pills. I do not have no more pills left, so I am taking regular vitamins instead. (One A Day) for women... Do you guys think that it is safe? I also give my son similac with iron, bascially I am doing both breast feeding and formula...

I broke a tooth last night and I'm dying this moring it hurts so bad, but can the dentist fix it like he would normally or can I even see him for something like this? I don't want to hurt the baby but I can't stand the pain, will he have to do a temporary fix, and if so is it safe?
