This site does not give meaning, but it might help you come up with a name you like:
The Baby Name Genie: http://www.babynamegenie.com/baby-name-generator/ It is a random name generator.
Also, here is a middle name generator for after you decide on a first name: http://www.babynamegenie.com/baby-middle-names/
A couple of great sites to find out meanings of names (ones that others haven't listed yet) are:
Baby Namer on Parenting.com http://www.parenting.com/parenting/pregnancy/tools/babynamer/0,20172,,00.html
Baby Namer on Oxygen (this one also includes drawbacks or teasing names) http://tools.oxygen.com/babynamer/
And my favorite Behind the Name: http://www.behindthename.com/
Also, it's a good idea to look up the popularity of your chosen name on the Social Security Administration website. That will help you gage whether or not your little girl or boy will have multiple people in their classroom with a particular name: http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/
Congratulations!

Couple more things to think about--No matter what at some point your child is going to hate their name. I always thought that names with several variations would be a good idea because then when this happens, it might give the child some alternatives. For instance; Andrew could be Andy or Drew, Franchesca could be Fran or Chess... Also, kids are cruel buggers so for 15 years of their life a name could be the bane of a child's life. Not to mention what it is going to look like on their resume once they are an adult.
I'm always reminded of the SNL sketch with Nick Cage where they are deciding on childrens names and a telegram arrives for "A$$wipe and Mrs. Johnson" and Nick corrects him by saying "That's AZwipay!"
Good Luck and congrats!

Go out and spend 10 bucks on a baby name book, they have over 40 thousand names in them along with their meanings, and you can pass your time reading the meanings and circling names you like.

Do not worry about spending money just go to www.babyzone.com and there is a search for baby names and it even gives you the most common names. The site gives you the name, its meaning, and where it came from. Good luck on choosing the name. Congrats on the baby.

Well, MY daughter's name is Zuri, and it's a Swahili word meaning beauty or beautiful. (She's 15, by the way, not near enough to be confused with Tom and Katie's new addition!) Her sister's name is Shealy and it's a family surname from her dad's side of the family. So there ya go! MY pick for beautiful names! :)

Rowan - our son's name taken from the greek word for gift or treasure. We shortened it from da'roen. It is also a celtic name meaning red/fighter, but we found that out after we had already decided.

Our youngest daughter is Makena, it is a Hawaiian word that means gift, I thought it was appropriate. I am sure she will hate being unique at some point, but she will love it later on. At least I hope :-)
