Well i know that when you are trying to conceive the doctor recommends that you start taking prenatal vitamins. It is not necessarily for fertility but it gets your body ready to become pregnant.

No taking vitamins doesn't help you conceive. Although if you are planning to get pregnant, it is good to increase your folic acid intake as it helps the fetus develop better.

I think it does because you are taking care of your body. Before I became pregnant, I was taking One A Day for women and I became pregnant. My son was born Nov. 2nd...

No honey they don't. But taking vitamins does make you healthier so you have a healthier baby.

It doesnt help you get pregnant it prepares your body for it. At GNC they sell a pill called fertility buster for men and women that increases your chances of getting pregnant its like $20

Extra vitamins have nothing to do with conception.

For the female you want to take folic acid pills (prenatel pill's)
The male's CAN take one a day's..help's "up" there sperm!
For the female it doesn't "help" you it help's your baby from brain damages..etc. Good luck!
