I've been on the pill for 7 years and thinking about trying for a baby. Any ideas how long it will take to conceive once stop taking the pill?

Okay so I have a big problem with pants/jeans!!! I'm 14 weeks pregnant and my belly is the same size as someone I know who is 24 weeks pregnant. I can't wear my regular pants because they come too high, the thighs, hips, everything fits..but it won't even come close to buttoning or zipping. I can't wear the low rise pants because every single pair show my crack, which is gross. The thing is is that I was a 1/2 before I got pregnant......All the maternity pants I've seen start at small....which is a 4, and they don't fit!!!! They're huge in the legs, hip and below butt area. I don't know what to do, I don't want to wear sweat pants all the time! I've found 1 pair of maternity pants at old navy which were a extra small which are still somewhat big in the legs.......I have not many maternity stores around me besides jcpenny's maternity or wal-mart......that's it. Can someone help!!!

We have kids having kids and people sleeping with other people's men/women. Then, when they get pregnant and don't know how to tell their Friend, brother, sister etc... they freak out. And... I believe that the only reason they are worried about confessing is that they aren't going to be able to hide the fact that they are pregnant.
I don't care if it was a bf or a husband...it is still cheating. If you were so worried about the other person's feelings, you shouldn't have slept with their significant other to begin with.

My theory is this...remember lucy and ricky? on tv...they didn't even share the same bed!!! underwear commercials were taboo! Now, these things are all over the tv, and stars smutty lives are aired on national television. This kind of life style has become a "Fashion Trend". And as impressionable as we are, we've become the devils advocates.
I'm happily married and was a virgin before my husband. Honestly, I've never even french kissed anyone but him!
We need to bring the glamour back to monogamy!! Marrying as virgins, should be an exciting experience.
I'm not being old fashioned, I'm being realistic...as bad as things have gotten, by the time our kids are our age, I can't imaging how terrible things will be.

You know, little girls having babies is very depressing. I'm 22 and have a 6.5 mos daughter, and although I wouldn't give her up for anything, I wish I could be little again, when we didn't care what other people said, we were carefree, didn't have all the responsibility we do as adults and just take half the day to smell the roses? 13yr olds should be playing with barbies. But people think that's immautre. I played with babies until I was 14. There is too much pressure for our kids to me "mature". I think we should be focusing on making sure they grow up with manners, maturity will be a natural occurence. It shouldn't be forced until they are 18 and still sucking their thumb. LOL

Im 20 years old, and my hubby is 34 years old! we are married
i get a baby of 10 month and i dream to be again pregnant to have a second baby!
but he doesnt want at all! he says that it will be hard for us bcus we just start to do our life and sometimes i am lazy! he want to wait 2 years!

but i dont think so! i just ask him sometime to change the underpant of the baby or to help me for food!
i just want we share the thing!
but i know as he works hard i shouldnt ask him to help me! so i wont ask him anymore!

but pls how can i convince him , he is hard to change mind!
and i think about his age also! if we get in 2 years a baby he will be 36 years that start to be not anymore young age!

I hope to have some advice from you!

I am 31 weeks preggy and I have noticed every few days I have been getting really soar at the top of my stomach, (not contraction because this pain will last for hours) but the top gets really hard and it is sore, some times accompanied by back pain? baby is birthing position, do you think he is getting ready? I have told doc and my fetal fibracton tests come back fine (to see if I'll go into labor in the next two weeks) I took one about a week and a half ago. what could this be? anyone else get it? I was doing laundry today which is in basement, think im just over doing it?

I am 20 weeks. I have only gained 3 pounds and yes, I know every women is different during their pregnancy. Does it matter the size you were before you got pregnant on how much weight you will gain? I wasn't big before I got pregnant. I was a good size. I wore a 10/11 in pants. Now, it's 14/15. How is that if I've only gained 3 pounds. My doctor told me I could defiantely expand without gaining weight. She was concerned at first and was going to put me on pills for it but, not now. I guess I was just wondering. How big are most women at 20 weeks? what's normal?? Thanks!!

I have a 13 month old girl and I am currently breastfeeding 3 times a day, although even that is a struggle as she wants a lot more. I am 2 months pregnant and really want to stop the feeding way before birth of second child - I don't want to be tandem feeding, as it will be tiring enouth just looking after them and I presonally think toddlers should be moving on and becoming more independent.

Anyway I'm finding it really hard as she really likes feeding and is constantly pulling on my top, if she doesn't get fed she cries and is really annoyed. I try distracting her with a cup of milk or juice and a cuddle but that doesnt really work.
I have heard conflicting advice on what is the best way to stop - some say cold turkey, some say gradually.
What is your advice?

I just started having this problem, I know shortness of breath is normal but I don't know if this is. This morning I got up and all of a sudden I started to feel like I was going to faint or something. I have already asked my doctor that question yesterday. He said that it would be ok. I'm still scared because I'm always hearing about babies being harm from medicines that the mother takes. I just dont' know. My sugar isn't up or anything. My pressure and everything has been good. Has anyone heard or know anything harmful about this medication?

I finished my period on Saturday. I had sex Sunday and didn't hold down my birth control. Monday I did take my birth control and had sex. When I took it on Monday it was several hours after I should have. Tuesday morning I had sex, but I didn't take my birth control Tuesday or today. When my brohter was getting married the flower girl was told by here mother at the rehersal dinner that is was very important for her to listen carefully to the wedding director for instructions. A few minutes later the flower girl, teary eyed, approached the bride pointed at the director and said, "Aunt Michelle, that lady is very mean. Mommy told me she's your wedding WRECKER! I had read about a comment and what this world is comming too. It's hard for me to talk about this but here it is...My mother slept with my husband. (At the time) It was one of the most heart wrenching things I had ever gone through. This is like one of the things you hear on Jerry springer but this was my LIFE!!! After my divorce, I was so depressed I went into a two year depression and started doing meth and smoking pot. I just turned 27 and never even had a beer. I Trusted my mother she was like my best friend and I was so in love with my husband there was nothing that I would not do for him. I blamed myself and for two years I punished myself like it was my fault. I finally stopped asking God why? Then came to terms with the fact that I can be a better women for it. It took me another year to really pull away from drugs. I still think back on what happened and remember that IT WAS NOT MY DOING! I accepted the fact that It was my fault for the drugs but not for what happened.

ready but I am just so scared and nervous. I love kids but I am worried that everything will change. Some people tell me I'll always feel like that. Besides, I'm still a student and don't want my studies or career to take a back seat. A big part of me wants a baby but then theres a part that says not right now.
