i aint too sure on this, but i am pregnant(6 weeks). my boyfriend says twins run in his family and it has skipped a generation.
i'm pretty positive it could only be twins if it runs in my family, is that right?

I have been with my partner for 4 yrs now and i stopped taking the pill 3 yrs ago and i still havent fallen pregnant! im 23 yrs old i do smoke but so did my mother and she fell pregnant with me while she was on the pill!!!! my periods are really painful somedays i cant even walk could this be anything to do with it!! Before anyone asks yes im in a sturdy relationship and i am finanically ready!!!

I get headaches once and a while.. you know, the kind from being a mom of 2 little boys who always has tonnes of stuff to do. But lately, I've been getting a different kind of headache. They're weird and kinda scary. First, nothing hurts but I've come to learn that they start with my vision. Everything gets all.. different.. kinda like you're high.. black and dark in the middle and white and fuzzy on the outside.. things look farther away than they really are, or closer. Then, after about 1/2 hour of this, the pain starts, and nothing helps.. and it's pain like nothing I've ever felt before, and lasts for hours. And I can't do anything. It's making being a mom very hard. Is this what a migrane is? I've never had one before, but my hubby and mother tell me that it's probably migraines.

I got my cycle on 8/3/06, and havn't had it since. I had a pap test on 8/28/06, would the pap test show if I'm pregnant or not? Please help. I had one miscarrage already, and I don't want another one, I do not have insurance that why I havn't been to the doctor yet.

Im not 100% sure as to the date that my period was due, however it seems as though it has been a while... i have been having tummy cramps (similar to period pain, asthough i am about to get my period but havent got it yet) sharp pains running through my boobs, my body seems to be quite hot, i've had headaches, and heartburn. However i took 2 hpt, and they say -, is it possible that that is still wrong?

i've been trying to get pregnant for 3 months not and i really don't know why as i think i have been doing everything right like havving sex on the right day at the right time of the month but still no result could it be because after sex if i move the sperm always comes out could that be why also after sex i usaly need to wee so it comes out then, has any one got any advice or ideas of things i can try. thanks xx

I had a miscarraige on 9/18. I was six weeks total, so not that far along. after I finished bleeding, We started having sex again unprotected. The doctor gave the OK. I started getting preg symptoms again with a high basil temp. When my period was a few days late, my temp dropped but was still above my base line, and I started bleeding bright red blood with heavy cramping. That only lasted a day, after that it was dark and tapered off. I also had tissue like I did in the previous miscarraige. I bled/spotted for 8 days total. This whole time my temp has been above the cover line with the exception of two days that weren't in a row. now I'm getting hardcore pregnancy symptoms again, and the blood just stopped. I took a test, and couldn't decide if there was a line or not. I'm not seeing a doctor until next week. In the meantime, what do you guys think happened?

She's 4 and started school in august. She has tantrums over the slightest thing and ends up hysterical. If we tell her no she instantly cries or if we ask her to do something she doesn't want to such as get dressed or come to the shop etc. Her dad is quite hard on her and punishes her each time she's naughty whereas I try to talk to her but neither seems to work. Just now her dad has taken 2 toys away stopped her watching tv in morning and stopped her going to her school disco tonight. i think thats too much. She was good during her school half term so i think its the pressure of school but need to know best way to handle things before me and her dad fall out over it.

I want to breast feed when my baby is born, I have heard lots of different things about it good and bad.

does it hurt when you first start?
what does it feel like?
did you have any problems feeding your baby in public?
how did you deal with it if you did?
what about expressing milk?
does it mess with your supply?
did you find it easier to do this for feeding in public places?

Sorry, lots of questions but my midwife can't be bothered to talk to me in depth about it.

I had a 9day period and then couldnt go get my pack for 3days after that and kept having unprotected sex. When i got my packI have been taking them regularly. however i have been really emiotional and a lot of people keep saying i sound prego. I have had some signs but am not sure if you think you can help please let me know. do you think i could really be prego. if some one could tell me signs i would have if i was on birth control and was pregnant. oh and i have a week and a half before my pack says i should go on my period but i have mild cramps i usualy get really bad back cramps. please help if you can.

I'm 13 weeks pregnant, and I'm getting strange pains.

For example, when I stretch or get up too fast, it feels literally as if I am "pulling a muscle" around the area where my ovaries are.

I also feel uncomfortable quite often between where baby is and my bladder.

I have been suffering from back pain too, I often get it, but it has been worse since I fell pregnant. I am quite big already, and this is my second child. I did not experience any pain or even pregnancy symptoms with my first!

My last scan said everything was fine, and I have another in a week, but I'm scared that something is wrong!

Can anyone help, or has anyone else been in a similar situation?

Forget staying dry overnight...I think he will be in a pull up for the rest of his life. It is sooooo frustrating to still have to bring a change of clothes wherever we go because he is just tooo busy to stop and use the bathroom. If I dont remind him, he will jsut stand there with his legs crossed. Amusing to look at I must say....UGHHHHH It is getting better but at this stage of the game he is the only child I know of in his class with this problem or maybe the other parents dont like to admit their child is just like mine.....no one to discuss this with here.

Any ideas???? How can I make my son realize that he needs to go when his body says so.

He will also poop his pants 3-4 times a day if he has to have a BM instead of just sitting on the toilet. Of course I sit here venting when tonight he actually did go on his own for the very first time. But I am sure he will revert back to his old ways...
