I had a miscarraige on 9/18. I was six weeks total, so not that far along. after I finished bleeding, We started having sex again unprotected. The doctor gave the OK. I started getting preg symptoms again with a high basil temp. When my period was a few days late, my temp dropped but was still above my base line, and I started bleeding bright red blood with heavy cramping. That only lasted a day, after that it was dark and tapered off. I also had tissue like I did in the previous miscarraige. I bled/spotted for 8 days total. This whole time my temp has been above the cover line with the exception of two days that weren't in a row. now I'm getting hardcore pregnancy symptoms again, and the blood just stopped. I took a test, and couldn't decide if there was a line or not. I'm not seeing a doctor until next week. In the meantime, what do you guys think happened?

I think your body was not yet recovered from having a miscarriage. I'm really surprised that a Dr. would tell you it was okay to start trying to get pregnant again. You're supposed to wait awhile, and it's more than a month, I think they like your menstrual cycle to be normal before you start trying. And if your body isn't healed from one miscarriage, it can make your chances of having another one higher. That said, I have known people who got pregnant right away and went on to have healthy baby's. I hope you are pregnant and do have the baby you are dreaming of, and I'm sorry for the loss of your other baby.

hmm sorry about your loss. It may be a chance you are pregnant because when you have a miscarriage your next period doesn't come as early or on time like it should. becasue that's what mine did when I had a miscarriage and the doctor said that's usually what happens. but take a test or just go to a clinic there pregnancy test may be a little better to detect than store brought ones. Good Luck I hope you have a beautiful baby or babies!!

I'm sorry about your loss. Sometime it takes awhile for your cycle to get back to normal.. and for some hormones remain high for a number for weeks. I also had a m/c on that exact date and have had unusual periods and symptoms since, sometimes I swear I am pregnant but alas I'm not. you could be though I would get the doctor to do a blood test.. good luck .

my guess would be that perhaps you have retained some tissue, which is giving you the symptoms but may not be an actual pos sign, I dont wish to upset you, and I am by no means a Dr, but I would suggest top see him, and maybe a ultrasound will give you a clearer picture, Good Luck, and i will keep my fingers crossed
