The pill can really screw up your milk supply, unless it is the "mini pill" then you have to be sure to feed on demand for the first six months. An IUD or condoms are good choices for a new mom.

hiya i get the pill at my 6/8 week postnatal check. im given the mini pill so i can still breatfeed.
NOT that id let him come near me that soon!!! lol at least i know im covered when im ready to have sex again
