I 've heard that you get birth marks,unhealthy body,big stomach that never goes away,are these true? What else

Yeah, yeah, and yeah, all those things can and do happen to women all the time...BUT if you are careful in your pregnancy, keep exercising or walking, eating smaller portions such as small breakfast, small snack, small lunch, small snack, small dinner, small snack....emphasis on SMALL, you won't have as much weight gain...if you don't gain more than 30 lbs or so, you shouldn't have the same types of problems that you have listed above. But don't think you will come away with nothing, hips can get wider, nothing to be done about that you know, boobies change, etc. Still, a baby is...most special. A LOT of work, but worth every moment.

Stretch marks. Yes, your body changes in every way, it will never be the same again. Once a mother, allways a mother.

Yes, they are true...And your body will lose calcium too, (if you breast feed) so you'll need to drink milk or other dairy products..And it's not that tight anymore downthere...
