Do go to your doctor as soon as possible. Your pains could be caused by endometriosis which prevents conception.
It also happens that the pill has long term after effects so that it delays conception even two or three years after stopping taking it.
Do not panic, you are still very young. The doctor may send you and your partner for fertility tests to ensure that there is nothing else preventing you from becoming pregnant. Often people are trying too hard and when they relax a little about the whole thing it happens naturally. There are quite a few people who adopt thinking that they cannot conceive and have the surprise of their own baby when they have settled into parenthood.

Ok... 4 years of a relationship is not sturdy, but stready I'll accept. Finance has nothing to do with having childeren, not sure why you mentioned that either ?
Anyhoo....
Conception.... is easy, BUT.... If you stop smoking it will up your chances, as will a good diet and all that other stuff.
I think the best advice is, STOP TRYING... Just let love and nautre take thier course. My ex and myself (parents) knew the moment of conception.... it wasnt about biorythms, monthly times, phases of the moon or painfull periods it was about being relaxed and being in love.... (as well as lust). No point in trying, you'll end up rtying too hard, Let it happen and enjoy life while it's taking it's time.
By the way.... 23 ?!! TOO YOUNG !!!!! go out and enjoy life while you can, having a kid is absoloute MAGIC !!! But... it ends the teenage phase your social life for good. You need to understand that most of your friends will be there right up untill you cant go out anymore to have fun. You'll develope a complete new social circle after birth though so it;'s not too desperate.

Have you made sure you are having sex at the right times? Sounds obvious I know. Make sure you do it at least every other day, try afternoons and mornings - remember that the egg is only there for less than 24 hours - you might be missing it! Do an ovulation test to see if you are ovulating. Really though, you should see your GP so s/he can check you out.
Good luck.

Stop smoking for a start. Are you 'trying' on the right days? (two days before and after the 15th day of your menstral cycle). If so, and it's been fruitless, go to your doctor, he'll refer you to a specialist whol will arrange blood tests, xrays etc Your partner will have to rpovide a sperm sample to be tested too. The results will hopefully answer your question. I hope you get pregnant soon.

Go see your GP, there are vitamins and other aids you can take to help. Tell your partner to go see his GP too. Remember it takes 2 to get pregnant so you both need help as it could be either one of you that is having trouble. Try also an ovulation kit as this tells you when you are having you most fertile days

Love you are 23, your are to young to worry about children.
Go to the Dr and explain about your period, she/he can then do some tests, these two things are connected more than likely.
There are other factors, stress and weight etc that you have to think about.
I'm sure it will happen for you, but the more stressed you feel about this, the more your bod will reject the idea.
The Dr can help you, go and you will feel better for it, take your partner and you can get this sorted out.
Goodluck.

it quite is not the cats lots by way of fact the clutter container. there's a undeniable parasite referred to as Toxoplasma gondii that breeds in a cat's gut and feces, that could nicely be transferred to people while dealing with the clutter container or backyard soil from the place the cat has achieved its corporation. This parasite reasons the an infection toxoplasmosis, that could nicely be very risky to the fetus. the prospect isn't that large as long as she would not come into direct touch with the cats' droppings, and if she would not quite stay with you there isn't any reason to do away with the cats.

Painful periods could be a sign of endometriosis, which can cause difficulties with conception. I would get to your GP and ask for his or her advice. Good luck.

I would consider seeing your GP about being tested for Endometriosis. The main symptom is excessivly painful periods (which you are experiencing). Endometriosis is caused by uterine tissue (simular to menstrual tissues) being located outside the uterus, It commonly blocks the fallopian tubes and causes scarring which leads to infertility.

go to your gp and get checked out. Maybe your trying too hard to fall pregnant, to much pressure etc... in life. Smoking is not a bad thing (i am a non-smoker) but maybe you could try and cut down to see if this helps any. Good luck.
