I've been on birth control pills for two years (Yasmin to be exact). A week or two before my last period was due, I started getting pms/pregnancy symptoms that have continued to worsen for about a month now (really sore, heavy breast, headaches, bloating, queasiness, congestion, back pain, slight weight gain and crying spells). I've always had normal pms symptoms but never have they continued for this long and been this intense. I did miss a couple of pills (in week one) and I did have unprotected sex a few times. But I got a period (shorter than normal) and I took 3 pregnancy tests (two during the week period was due, and another 7 days after it was due) and all were negative. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced a change like this on birth control pills or if anyone has any insight in general, because its only getting worse. Thanks.

What is it with MIL's being overbearing? I'm not pregnant yet but my mother-in-law has already told me that she wants to be in the delivery room AND she wants to take off 1-2 weeks after the baby is born. She doesn't mean to be overbearing I don't think but she is. She means well & I don't want to be ugly but my husband and I can handle it. My husband is her only child so I guess that is why she tries to be involved so much. I don't want to make my husband mad either. He is close with his mom and I'm close to her as well but when you have your legs spread you don't wanna show it to everybody!! She is one that will get mad if I tell her no so I guess I'll just not say anything and just let her...

Why do some people get pregnant (on purpose) if theyre not going to raise them? They have em and then dump them in a day care all day long. These kids are in day care with several + other kids seeking attention from the same eprson who loves none of them and gives them very little personal attention and theyre there longer than you work. So,you see your children two hours in the evening before its night-night time? Then you still get babysitters when you should be home raising the kids you created? If people cant afford to stay home or work p/t or nights then why are you having them? Serious question. I have really wondered what the point is? Its like making money to feed a mouth you never see and never bond with. Especially infants who arent capable of entertaining themselves with other kids in the playground, they sit in their cribs.

What's a "Weeblow" (spelling is probably wrong...sorry) ? My 9-yr. old son wants to be in Scouts---the guy I the guy I talked to on the phone says he would be old enough to be a "Weeblow" (bad spelling, see first sentence. LOL!)
What's it all about?
My son has pretty pronounced ADHD----I'm working really hard to wean him off meds, the older he gets. But he tends to have 'meltdowns' after about 5:30 PM.
Just curious if anyone has any advice....

What do you really think of any or all methods of assisting a pregnancy?

Do you think that every person has a right to be a parent no matter what it costs in both money and emotions? Should it always be available free or never be free? Or do you think that if nature is saying no then there might be a natural selection process going on and infertile people should just accept it?

Any opinions welcome.

We will be storing breastmilk for 3 to 9 months. We are getting a dedicated deep freezer but are looking for the best continer to store the milk in. We understand the bags can catch some of the milk fat in the creases so are looking elseware.

We need something which can also be stored in high density. We need to be able to pack it tighly in the freezer.

I started to lightly bleed 10 days after we had sex. I already missed my "expected" period. They say that the egg implants itself 6-12 days past ovulation, but the question is, "If I was to bleed from implantation, would it start right away or take a few days to actually shed the blood?"

I am having trouble with break through bleeding while on the birth control pill.

I have been on the same pill for 8 months, the first 6 months were fine and the past month or so I have had spotting daily while taking my active pills.

I haven’t missed a pill, and I took two pregnancy tests and they were negative.

I am thinking about just throwing them all out and using condoms until my hubby and I plan to conceive in January.

I still have a 3 month supply of pills left (cost me $50!), but I am sick of the constant spotting.

After 5 years straight of taking the pill, my body needs a break!

Should I just throw out my birth control pills now since we plan to conceive in 3 months?

I want to stop taking the pill even though I have two weeks left in my pack.

I haven't had sex in two weeks due to the bleeding so I won't get pregnant.

Thanks!

I keep hearing/reading about MIL's who are inviting themselves and/or expecting to be IN the delivery room when their grandchildren are born. What is up with that? I know not everyone is lucky enough to get great in-laws, but being pregnant myself, this subject just baffles me. I know it's the miracle of birth and all, and grandparents can get excited, but around that baby is a LOT of personal info that not everyone needs to know. Miracle of birth or not, that just seems like TOO much information to have about your DIL. What are they thinking?

my daughter is 36 & 1/2 weeks pregnant. It's been too long for me to remember when I passed my mucous plug. She mentioned she wiped and there was a small amount of "clear" mucouse. I thought it was pinkish. Any advice? I'm at work and wondering if I should go to be with her. She's alone.

My husband cheated on me early in the summer end of spring and the girl he cheated with he still currently works with. He won't tell anyone at his work that we're expecting in May. I'm really mad and I can't shake the feeling that it's because he doesn't want "her" to know. Well yesterday I had an ultrasound and I took the pictures up there to show him, the waitresses saw it and the one he was with saw it too (she was there eating.....how convenient) so obviously they figured it out. I didn't walk around announcing it, anyway, my husband is furious with me and said that I did it because "she" was in there. I'm like I don't care who was there, a baby is not a secret and neither is his family so why should it matter if they find out or not? Do I have a right to be angry? I really think he doesn't want her to know because he still has feeling for her, or he's still screwing around I don't know which. Suggestions?
