Your odds are very high its twins. But you cant tell if they are identical or fraternal until probably the next sonogram. Either it was one egg that split (which are identical), or two completely different eggs that were fertilized (fraternal). So you probably have twins, but youll have to wait to find out what type. Good luck, your going to have your hands full !!

HCG levels usually only increase like that when there are twins or more. You would be having fraternal twins, as identical twins share the same sac.

Go for a second ultrasound to tell definitively. Sometimes, women get pregnant with twins, but one will die in utero.

sounds like Twins to me. They'd be fraternal in that there's 2 sacs, where identical develope in the same sac. so there you go, congratulations. Though w/ twins you'll need to go to the dr a lot more often because there's a higher risk of complications.

Identical twins share the same yolk sac. fraternal are 2 different.

Congrats! Twins would be awesome!

Fraternal Twins! Had they been in the same sack then it would be identical. Best of luck with your two bundles of joy

i bet it's twins. i would say chances are pretty good because in a singlet pregnancy there is only 1 sac.
