well i exercise mostly every day, and I do Teabo with Billy Blanks ab work outs. I just wanted to know if twisting very quickly can hurt the baby. I have read that the first 3 months a women has to be very careful. This is my first pregancy and want to continue to work out but want to make sure all would be okay to do.

Our main arguement is that i am too hard on our 4 yr old daughter. our daughter just started pre-k she won't listen to her teachers or us. since my fiance and i had our last talk i kinda stepped back from disipling our daughter and watch as my fiance does. but nothing seems to work at disipline. we take her toys from her... stand her in a corner or make her lay in her bed and we spank her, but she just doesn't seem to learn from it.... an\m i doing something wrong or what is the problem?

How do I stop my 2-year old son from throwing EVERYTHING he touches! PLEASE HELP! I've tried timeout and spanking (I am not a big fan of spanking and do not want to try it again). I can not get through to him that throwing is unacceptable. He has hit his 8 month old brother in the head with hard toys many times. He has broken many dishes, glasses, candles, etc..... If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks!

I just had a newborn she's 6wks and I have a 1yr old.Neither one of my childs father have ever even metioned a paternity test to me.Im asking simply b/c I just read a bunch of questions from women talking about paternity test.Anyhow Ive asked men if they just know or if their families somehow know.I was told yes by a lot of men.I dont understand women you can count back and see who it is unless ur just fu**n something serious.I just wanted to know.

My husband keeps bugging me about when I will stop nursing our son. Is there a age limit to stop at? And how do I wean him from nursing? My other two used a bottle so I knew to take that away, but what can I do to break the nursing habbit? I believe it will be hard on us both, the baby and myself. I think a lot of him still nursing is a comfort and saftey thing. What do I and can I do?

My doctor kept telling me I should be getting over the morning sickness about 10 weeks.. and it just keeps getting worse. I actually was starting to get over it about 9 weeks.. and then the last couple weeks I haven't been able to keep any food down again. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can try? My husband and I are having a problem. He says i'm having a boy and that's what he wants. I want a girl. This is our third child. 1st was a girl she'll be 5 in couple weeks. 2nd was a boy and he'll be 16 months old this weekend. i'm 15 weeks pregnant. It's been a long time since i was pregnant with a girl and i don't remember what i craved i just remember i carried her up high. with my son he was low. If you dont know about Esure...its a in office procedue of permanant birth controll. they insert tubes in you and within 6 mo, the tissue grows around tubes securing them. no cuts involved, just you have to take the depo shot for 3-6 mos. im weird about new things....

Okay she was suspoed to get her period this week, but they way she discribed it to me was "it wasnt how it normally was" meaning that instead of red it was brown. My husband and I just have a wonderful life together! We own our own house, we have 3 pets and we both have great jobs. We just don't want kids. In my community, everyone has 2 or 3 kids at our age and we don't have any. It is the "norm" here to have a milllion kids, but we don't want any. we love them, but just are not ready and people look down on that! missed period for 2 months had pill to start... do I start counting from the first day of brown or the first day of red, I know this is gross but not sure how else to explain...Im trying get preg. and the doctor said to start counting the period is day 1 then get to day 10-15 are the preg times.

My last period started on Aug 30.....my last day was Sept 4 and my flow was very heavy on that day.......I gort married on Sept 9 and had some moderate bleeding that night but then nothing else....I went on my honeymoon (which according to my ovulation calender I would have been feritle)that Thursday eveing on my honeymoon I had a little bit of spotting more pink than red and then no more.......On the 21st(this would have been my implantaion day according to my calender) I woke up with a really bad headache and since then I have been having them almost daily along with lower back aches, tingling/shooting pains in breast and they are tender to touch especially my nipples.......My husband and I have not been really tyring trying but we have not done anything to prevent it....AF is due Saturday......I know that some of the extra bleeding can be caused by stress....I was just wondering....Could it be that I am already pregnant??? Has anyone else had an experience like this?????
