You really need to eat something sweetheart. your going to hurt the baby. When you take your vitamins, drink it with milk. the feeling you have about vomiting is all in your head. you're way past that now. if you have those feelings, eat saltine crackers and drink plenty of water. Keep a package with you all the time it really does help. take a brisk walk every morning to help the blood flow through the baby and you. This is good advise. You have to eat something in order for your baby to grow and develop correctly.

Girl let me tell you, I was sick for 5 months straight starting at 6 weeks and almost NOTHING seemed to work for me. First if you start vomiting everything then remember to eat things that won't taste gross coming up(like milk products!).
***Try FRUIT LOOPS plain. Just put some in a baggie and munch on them constantly-it'll give you enough to get through the day. They have vitamin B6(or B12) and that is what keeps you from being nautious and gives you energy. Or you could just start taking a B6 or B12 supplement at night. Eventually if you lose too much weight from lack of eating, then the doc will give you a mild anti-nausia pill. Beware if you get TOO TOO sick and you start throwing up liquids. You need to go in and let them know so that they can get you an IV. It is so important to stay properly hydrated. There's not much else they can do besides that.
FYI-When you are pregnant the baby takes what it needs first, then you get whats left-so everything else everyone else is saying the bullhucky. Right now the baby is so small and your body has so many nutrients(unless you're an anorexic) that your baby will do wonderfully regardless of whether you eat regularly every day or not. You read any book about pregnancy and it will tell you the same thing. Your baby is safe.

Hi there I had the same thing when I was pregnant with my son. The smell of food made me sick it could be just a thing your going through however I had to go on morning sickness pills they are safe because I was put into the hospital for dehydration because I was throwing up so much. Try this a whole wheat bagel toasted with butter and a cup of tea that always worked for me it still does because I am 8 weeks pregnant. You feel dizzy because your body is making extra blood for your baby. Keep taking your maternity vitamin and a Folic acid tablet your tastes will change just keep trying to eat ,try more meals smaller portions throughout the day so that your stomach does not empty. Hope that helps

Try crackers with peanut butter, or just plain crakers...One reason you feel so sick is because of the vitamins! If you have been taking them religiously, it will not hurt you or the baby at all to stop for a couple of days, and start eating, which is more important than the vitamins. If you are really concerned, you should call your Dr. I was very, very sick and they put my on medicine so I was able to eat, and told me to stop taking vitamins for a few days. It really helped! Good luck!

1st idea--take your multi vitamin at night when you will sleep through the first waves of nausea
2nd- try NEVER letting your tummy get empty--eat small amounts of whatever you can keep down (starches work well). Limit your amount of acidic foods (like those containing tomatoes)
3rd- try the anti-nausea bracelets--they worked for me--but you must get them placed correctly and wear them on BOTH wrists for them to work
4th- try ginger. It naturally eases nausea. Talk to your doc about what form is best for you.
5th- if all Else fails ask the doc for a script if you lose weight or can't keep anything down.

Best of luck--keep in mind that this is temporary--you will NOT be pregnant forever!

cravings and lack thereof, morning sickness, without being sick, and being dizzy are all things normal in a pregnancy. But you do have to eat. The weaker you are, the weaker your baby is. And eat whatever. If you're a vegan or a vegitarian and you think a big fat juicy steak sounds good, eat the damn thing. It doesn't matter what kind of food you eat as long as you eat food.

First you HAVE to take your vitamins, try different times, even set your alarm so you take it in the middle of the night and go right back to sleep, set them by your bed, wake up, reach over take them and go back to sleep. Make sure you don't take them on an empty stomach. Kepp a few saltine crackers beside your bed. Also talk to your doctor, my first two were like that for just about 12 weeks, then poof it dissappeared(spelling?) anyway, my doctor gave me supositories for nausea. I know it is gross, but to help you eat right so your baby is healthy, it is worth it. Good luck and I am praying for you! Call your doctor right now and make him/her aware of how serious it is.

This will usually end after 2-3 mos pregnant. It's terrible, but you have to find something you can eat. Even if it is pudding, make it real pudding, jello, ice cream, mashed potatoes, soup or just broth, fruit juice; do whatever is possible to fill your stomach and get some nutrition. It will pass.

When pregnant you should go to your doctor regularly. it'snormal to feel nauseous, try some ginger for that. But you should always take good care of yourself now that you're pregnant.
When you go to your doctor, ask him to give you some vitami supplements. There's one in Britain called Pregnocare or something like it. But make sure you look after yourself.
Don't worry, it will be over in 7 months....good luck with the rest.

Get some saltine crackers. you know the white square ones with salt on them. They will help your stomach. Eat one at a time, try to keep something in your stomach. This has worked for most people I know. If your salt/sodium is restricted get the ones without the salt.
