i was wondering....i am five weeks pregnant and i have taken a test and i am pregnant without a shadow of a doubt but the only things i have experianced is a lil nausea and tender breast....is there more....first pregnancy.

We are having a half white half black baby boy. We want something unique, but not ghetto. And something people can pronounce. Please tell me which you like the best and why. (I am due in two weeks, not much time left to decide) My name is Crystal and the father's name is Joseph. He has 3 kids that are all named Jo-something and he want's to do that with our son too, but I don't want to.

my period was due on sat.i had a spot of bleeding on mon after intercourse but then today i had a small spot of bleeding again,this time not after intercourse.i did a home test on tues then on friday and they were both negative.could i still be pregnant?

The other day I posted because I think I am pregnant: LDMP Aug 30, usually regular, suppose to start period Sept. 27 and haven't, had a small smear (barely visible on toilet paper on the 27th then it stopped-brown/light red in color). Took a PT test yesterday afternoon and negative. I contacted my OB/GYN and he told me to wait until Oct 4th to test again, if it shows I am negative he will start my period for me. I was on BC pills (seasonale) been off for 2 months now, my first month I started right on time with everything being normal. I am starting to feel down on myself because I thought I was pregnant and happy, and my OB/GYN seems to believe that it is just unregulated hormones.

Signs I am having: missed period, off and on nausea/headaches, frequent urination, fatigue.

What do you think??? Thanks...no rude comments please

Reading some of the answers to my questions, I cant help but think some people are just bitter and nasty! I ask if there is any way to find out about listed sex offenders in your area, and get told i'm one! Im a concerned mother, whats the matter with you! I also get some idiot saying 'blah blah blah they aint gonna touch your kids', can I have that in writing please since youre so sure?! There were others on there too. Also my question about makeshit nappies as I ran out ONCE (happens to the best of us!) and some dic k tells me i'm a crap mother and social services would have something to say about it! obviously a man who doesnt allow people to make any sort of mistakes - its your kids I feel sorry for not mine!
Its like my mum always said, if youve nothing nice to say, then dont say anything at all!

My son's appetite seems to continually decrease - he's 4months old now, weighing 14lbs 8ozs, and has an average of 28-30ozs per day of Expressed milk. When he was younger (2months) he would happily guzzle upto 35-38ozs per day. Could this be normal. Much less comes out the other end - from after every feed to twice a week. I thought his appetite would increase as he got older. Weight gain isn't great - but he still on the 50th percentile. I heard that slowing down on milk may be a sign he's wanting solids - although hes only 19weeks - so maybe a little early still. Thoughts, opinions or experiences?

I do not want to be induced. They labor is harder, so I am against having potocin. (The shot they give you to induce labor.) However; my doctor said that they now recommend it for everyone after the baby is born to make the placenta extract easier. That there you are less likely to have hemroging with the potocin. And that there will be less blood loss. So that sounds like the obvious choice. But potocin causes the contractions to be twice as painful. But it would only be until the placenta comes out. But, that is my bonding time with my baby, I don't want to be in agonizing pain during that time. So what do you think? Go for the potocin or not?

My husband and I have been trying to concieve for about a year now and nothings happened. Im worried that because of my extremely irregular periods (only 2 a year) are affecting this. I also have a blood disorder called factor iv leiden, I inherited from my mom, my doctor said it may interfere with my ability to concieve. One of the problems with this disorder is that I cant take birth control to regulate my periods for awhile so that I could have an idea of when to try and and so on. My moms doctor told her that there was absolutley no way she was going to be able to have kids and she would just miscarry again and again , but my mom has four children. I just feel like its never going to happen and of course it feels like everyone i know is pregnant or are trying to get pregnant and they hit a home run the first time........ im confused and sad, any suggestions? thanks :)
