Why are some people on here so nasty?

Reading some of the answers to my questions, I cant help but think some people are just bitter and nasty! I ask if there is any way to find out about listed sex offenders in your area, and get told i'm one! Im a concerned mother, whats the matter with you! I also get some idiot saying 'blah blah blah they aint gonna touch your kids', can I have that in writing please since youre so sure?! There were others on there too. Also my question about makeshit nappies as I ran out ONCE (happens to the best of us!) and some dic k tells me i'm a crap mother and social services would have something to say about it! obviously a man who doesnt allow people to make any sort of mistakes - its your kids I feel sorry for not mine!
Its like my mum always said, if youve nothing nice to say, then dont say anything at all!

Can I just say a huge THANK YOU to all those people leaving such lovely answers here, its made the world of difference to how I now look at these nasty comments!

I am so sorry you have gotten such nasty answers. Ignore the idiots who you diss you. Tell them to go soak their heads. The point of this is the exchange of information.
I understand your concern about registered sex offenders. I looked them up on the internet for our state because of my daughter, step daughters, and grandchild. I wanted to know who to watch for. I understand completely. If we don't watch out for our children who will?

Hey Sarah, some people are just nasty but you must keep in mind that some things offend people, and that`s why we get negative feedback from our questions.
I feel your two questions that you have mentioned are very valued. If any mother says they have never been caught out without enough nappies, they are lying to themselves.
And to the friendly paedophile supporter out there, Get a ******* life, how do you know, which kids will be molested. Sex offenders should be put down, like the animals they are.
If anyone has a problem in what I written - I don`t care.

I agree with most answers above, but it is annoying. The grammar,
vocabulary, complete lack of knowledge. Sometimes I find it hard to find a decent question to answer. Since the majority, in any society
have the right of way, even amongst apes, I guess we are wrong
and they are the correct ones. More than once, I felt that it was
time to quit, but for health reasons there is little else I am able to do.
I was disqualified on an answer, reason given that I was out only
for the points. Whoever disqualified me, were totally wrong as
it was an answer to the question "why do the young hate the old"
my answer, was that I am old and I have never felt that the young
hate me and I do not hate them, and then stated my age(69)!
I reported to Yahoo and got absolutely no answer, nor confirmation
of receipt. I told Yahoo, that I felt that I had the right to express
a contrary opinion on rather a strong statement. I can only suggest
that Yahoo contract a few decent, educated youngsters who wish
a job in the Internet area to monitor the traffic of events, and report
abuse, strictly according to the rules of the game. Thanks for

I come on here to see if I could maybe help someone but there are obviously people who come on here to pretend to be higher beings! If any of you are reading this then take it from me, if all you can do is say nasty comments on a site that aims to help you're clearly a nobody!

Back to the question, I personally have never ran out of nappies but I have a 2 yr old & 9 month old twins so have to keep them well stocked but it does happen.

I just answered a question about paedos, it's a very worrying subject so to the person who replied to your question saying blah blah blah RU ONE BY ANY CHANCE?

I don't like a bad atmosphere & avoid arguing at all costs but there are a lot of narrow minded people out there so just steer clear of them, I do & that's how I get by, negative attitudes went out with fur coats!

There will always be people like this in life in which ever forum you inhabit, i work on the phone all day you cannot imagine the inane rubbish some people come out with. those that want an arguement or will never be brave enough to confront someone face to face the net and phone are perfect for them. dont give them an audience they are non-people, they are of no consequence just think of how rubbish their lives must be and get on with yours without letting them affect you in any way.
And as for makeshift nappies good old fashioned kitchen roll shoved into a pair of small knickers works a treat!

Sorry people have upset you. The thing about forums like this is that i is free speech. Trouble is no everyone has something worthwhile o say and they do say empty vessels make the most noise...
I can understand your concern about registered sex offenders. his may sound weird but I am more concerned about the ones that are no listed yet. At least your name being a matter of record for something like that may deter most from such behaviour. However, I recently heard about a person in my local community in a position of great power and surrounded by children most of the time who has recently been sentenced In another country for rapes on a minor. He was not on any register and my child saw him every day.

Did it ever occur to you that the people responding negatively to such a reasonable question, or close friends w/ a known molester? That would explain the reaction. Child molestation is extremely rampant in our society and there are quite a few people who see nothing wrong w/ touching children inappropriately or against their will. The only people who would be opposed to your question should raise serious alarms because as you know, molesters/predators love the internet. Contact your local police department for additonal information and a list.

I know how you feel, I made a complaint a couple off days ago because somebody said 'All babies should die and go to hell' What a horrible and such heartless thing to ever say. And your right if you don't have anything nice to say then don't bother saying anything at all. At least i now know its not just me who thinks there are some very nasty people out there.

Every health question should be answered with compassion, care, and love. I find some ignorant people, without searching in the Internet and without referring medical books, utter nasty words. Such commends should be underrated. Some persons say that they don't know and express thanks for getting 2 points. I am of opinion that if some body underevaluates the answer, then minus points should be given to that answer concerned.

They are losts souls who have nothing better to do with theirselves , maybe their life is crap and the way to make themselves feel better is to bring everyone else down , they are saddos . I would also love to know where the paedos live too in my area as i have 4 girls , theres absolutely nothing wrong in wanting to know that , at the end of the day it seems the paedophiles are being protected here and not our innocent children ! Its not right is it ?
