Yes you can. It happened to my grandma while she was pregnant with my mom. She knew she was pregnant and she had some pain and a miscarriage. She took the fetus to the doctor, they said she had a miscarriage. So they thought she was no longer pregnant. a month or so later my grandma felt the baby move. She called the doctor and they didn't believe her. Sure enough she got bigger and had my mom right on schedule. This is possible if you have over-active ovaries. While the egg from one tube has been fertilized and moved into the uterus, the other tube keeps functioning as though nothing happened. So you can get pregnant again with that egg. But that one will not survive and may kill or complicate the first one. Crazy huh?
Oh and PS all you people really should do your research before you start calling people dumb!!!!! Because you look pretty damn dumb to me! lol

Yes it is possible but very rare iv known of a case were a woman has got pregnant then got pregnant again a week later she ended up having 2 boys 1 black and 1 white so dont take notice of other people who call you dumb because you are not!!! its they who are dumb for not knowing their facts you have asked a good question here and people just mock because they dont know the unknown. Also it is possible to have twins apart iv also heard of another case were a woman was having twins 1 baby was delivered a month early i dont know the full facts of this but they were non identical and the 1st baby went in to distress and had to be delivered the 2nd baby was still high up in the womb and would not come and the woman refused to induce that baby and there it stayed for the full term and was born healthy a month later.

This is virtually impossible, but i'm sure there was a case where a women did have 2 wombs and was still ovulating through pregnancy, and fell pregnant during this it was identified on a later scan that a younger foetus was also developing. But apart from this generally No.

It is possible to have 2 different fathers of twins, if the woman has dropped 2 eggs and has sex with multiple partners within the same 15 or 20 minute span. it very rarely happens it's like a 50,000 to 1 shot.

No, the earliest know time of ovulation is 27 days after confinement (after giving birth). No question is a silly on if you don't know the answer! I have also heard myths about women falling pregnant whilst pregnant.

No.
Your menstrual cycle is regulated by certain hormones which make your womb ready to catch a fertilised egg. Once the egg is fertilised, those hormones are continued until the egg develops into a baby. You will not release another egg until a little while after the pregnancy.

No question is dumb or stupid, I did laugh when I read it but it wasn't stupid at all. Of course you know the answer by now so I am not going to state the obvious. Don't be afraid to ask questions you are unsure of on here, this is what a forum is for.

I seen this on TLC I am not sure if its possible, but if a woman can carry a baby outside a womb for 9 months or carry a baby for 47 years before having it removed......I think this question could be argued.

can you get pregnant while your pregnant??? Do you mean with a second fetus?? Otherwise, no, you cannot get pregnant...again...if you are already pregnant. That's kinda like asking if you can get a cold while you have a cold.
