Every girl is different you can never really know when, But you can try putting a bottle of hot water where it hurts and it usually goes way not fully but some. Pulse if its been for a week just go to the doctor just in case it isn't something else. Its better be safe than sorry.

I think you need to see a dr and talk this over with him it sounds like it hurts and that you need to do something about it soon do not leave it tell later you need a dr and that you will see when your first peiod will start

If it is signs of a period, you can never tell. It was only a day for me. As far as the pain being on your right side, make sure if the pain increases you have someone look into it, your appendex can play games with your body as well! Good luck!

Depends on how old you are - what you described could be a pulled muscle, ovarian cysts, or any number of other conditions, including a kidney or bladder infection. You should go to a dr. if you are still in pain in a day or two just to be safe.

Can't tell ya, hon. Pack some pads in your purse, and wear pantyliners. And no white pants, just in case. I never had any signs when I got mine, until going to the bathroom in the middle of my parents dinner party!

That sounds more like a bladder/kidney infection. Talk to your mom about taking you to the doctor, and if you are concerned about your period coming, talk to your mom and doctor about it. Just be sure to have extra pads with you at all times so you don't have an accident, because those are embarassing.

It could be next week or it could be next month only your body knows, but it's getting close. Keep a maxi pad handy. I just using them first before tampons

Sorry to say, you can't really tell. I though I had diarreah cramps, but for months before that I thought I was ovulating. It will come, I promise!! It's just really hard to tell with the first one.

could be your appendix??
could be a kidney infection??

go to a doctor.
that's really the best thing to do right now.

But just in case, keep a couple pads handy.
you never know.
i'm guessing you are 13?

there's really no way to tell, sweetie. if you're experiencing these things your body is probably getting ready but you never know. I would just keep a few pads/tampons in your bookbag or locker just in case! and congrats when you do get it!
