Hi, My girl friend (27 yrs old) has a scar (or mark) running from her navel to vagina. She says she got that when she was born. To my knowledge a woman gets this kind of scar only when she is pregnant and undergoes a Caesarean operation. What's the truth? Pls also let me know of websites that have info on this topic. Thanks

how do i convice my boyfriend to use a condom we were each others firsts lost it after prom and i thought if i just regulated not to have sex before my period i was fine now i am worried because my period never came last month and i dont now how to tell him or my dad/ mom. once we started having sex it was hard to stop and we had more time to hang out over the summer and he said he did not like how condom felt and i did not now how to get the pill. i went to catholic school so i did not take sex. ed. am scared i went up 2 bra sizes and feel tiered and bloated.

Today I've been feeling achy really low on my stomach. The baby seems to be low too. When he moves or when I use my heart dopler he's always still really low like around the hairline???? This is my first pregnancy by the way, and not all those "great" books answer these questions!!! Thanks!

My wife has been been on the pill for 6 years.

We want to start trying for a baby in 4 months.

She is going off birth control in 2 months.

I am worried it may take a long time to conceive since she has been on the pill consistantly for 6 years.

She has been taking Lo/Ovral, is that one that would take a long time to get our of her system?

We are in our mid 20's and are hoping to conceive asap.

How long after going off of the pill did you conceive?

Ok I'm still waiting to have confirmation that I'm pregnant, I saw a doctor today who has agreed to do the bloodtest for me, but due to the bank holiday it wont be done til tuesday, which means I wont get my results back for at least another week. I'm suprised the doctors didnt tell me but I'm treating this as pregnancy just in case. I'm taking folic acid, not drinking, smoking, husband is looking after the cats etc etc. But I cant remember which foods it is I need to avoid. I know I have to be careful with eggs but can anyone else tell me what other foods I should be avoiding please?

I have 1 boy and his behavior has been AWEFUL!!! He is constantly crying, doesnt want to share, wants to do EVERYTHING, and he is even behaving bad in daycare. How can I tell if it is typical 3year old behavior or a problem? And if anyone has any ideas or things I should try, PLEASE let me know. The way he is going I dont EVER want more kids!!!!

My son is 6 weeks old. Last night he was we runnig a fever of 101.5. So me and my husband called his doctor's answering service and they said to bring him to the local childern's hospital. We did that and they did a bunch of test. Everything from blood work to chest x rays. Even a pee sample. Couldn't find a thing wrong.This morning brought him to his doctor he couldn't find anything wrong either. But wants to keep a close eye because his fever keeps coming up. What could be causeing it that none of the test results are showing?????

i'm in 8th month. my belly looks round and high. But baby has always been either very low or in middle/uppermiddle. nowadays across stomach. never felt alongwith ribs. i have all weight gain on belly alone. does it mean boy or girl? and is it normal not to have baby high ever in pregnancy..though shape of tummy is round high and all infront while baby inside is not.

my baby is six weeks old and I started out breasfeeding full-time but then added a few bottles and now it's about half breast half bottle. He doesn't seem to digest the formula very well and it makes him so gassy. I know your milk production slows down if you supplement. But I would love to go back to breastfeeding full time, is there any way that's possible, how do i do it?

he has been smoking it for over a year that i know of and he was getting in to trouble by stealing to pay for it,so i moved over 200 miles away to another area and yet again he has found a crowd of kids who smoke to,he knows the dangers,sometimes hes so stoned he cant walk and has been found laying in the woods in the rain,he also has a terrible cough and sometimes his breathing is quite bad.I really dont no what to do,ive asked him if hes addicted and if he needs help but he says no.I have to hide my purse and any valubles as they go missing.any suggestions greatfully recieved.I feel my hands are tied because even keeping him in is not going to stop the problem.
