Spaghetti is always good. You can break the noodles into smaller pieces so it's easier to eat with a spoon. You could also use fideo noodles which are already cut into smaller pieces. Scrambled eggs are good for kids that age as well. Rice is good and you could mix in some peas or other things in with it. You could also make meatballs/meatloaf and break it up into small pieces. That way, it's still dinner for mom and dad but can be easily made into a good dinner for the 10 month old. That's all I could come up with for now, good luck!

Nutrition dense foods are important at this young age. You want more bang for your buck. I found it easier to make fresh foods and, in some instances freeze them for quick meals later. For meat, lamb is least allergenic. I made lamb and barley stew (avoid carrots until at least 12 months -- nitrites; use sweet potato instead) and put it in blender and froze ice cubes to be melted later. Avocado is good and quick. Sweet potatoes can be precooked. Kiwi is the most nutritious fruit. Banana is also great. You can try hardboiled egg yolk (avoid whites for a couple more months as they cause allergies).
White flour products have almost no nutrition in them (bread, pasta).

Different kinds of pasta - spaghetti, bow ties, spirals, mac and cheese
baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, french fries

banana slices, small pieces of apples or cooked apples, cut up peaches and pears, peeled and halved grapes, cut up watermelon, avocados
yogurt, shredded cheese, cottage cheese, pudding
cut up chicken, ground chicken/turkey/beef, small amounts of tuna fish, baked fish cut into small pieces
bagels, dinner rolls, breadsticks
saltines, graham crackers, Goldfish
Mexican rice, Chinese rice, wild rice
plain, unsalted rice cakes
Rice Chex cereal, Cheerios
grilled cheese sandwiches cut into little bites
at this age he should get ONLY the egg YOLK and NOT the whole egg

Depending on which meals you need ideas for, Breakfast/Lunch/Supper just give your little one the same thing you are eating.
By now your baby should be able to eat everything that you do.
For breakfast I gave my kids stuff like Cheerios, applesauce, juice
For lunch I gave them stuff like Sandwiches, fruit, veggies, ETC
For supper I gave them stuff like Hamburgers, veggies, juice, ETC
You could always buy the baby food jars (if you still feed your child this) and there you go you have a quick meal.

Sizzler is a great place to try this. And they clean up for you!

your baby should still be eating baby food and baby cereal. depending on whether or not your child has teeth are not really makes a difference. you need to be careful of choking. talk to your pedatrician but i would still use stage 3 or 4 baby food. alot of non-baby food has alot of fillers and sodium. baby food has the vitamins and minerals your child needs to grow strong. 10 months is a little young to be put on regular table food
