there can be no signs except the very obvious and guaranteed one which is a missed period. with my first thats the ONLY way i knew i had no sickness, cramping but i thought they were menstrual ones i was getting early they only lasted a few days, i didnt pee alot, and i had no cravings. so this just shows that only a missed cycle and about 3 positive test results can sometimes let ya know!

For all the signs of pregnancy, they can also be signs of something else.

A late period could be from stress. Or a cycle that is becoming irregular - regardless if you've always had a regular period. Human beings are human.

Headaches can be from dehydration, stress, or not eating correctly. So can the causes of morning sickness.

Tests can show negative, even when a woman is pregnant. Even the ones that say "take before your missed period" are not always accurate. I took one of those more-expensive tests, it said negative, one week later I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant with twins.

If you've had unsafe sex and you have missed your period, call your doctor to schedule an appointment. Your doctor is the only one in the world who can confirm pregnant/not pregnant. Everyone else can only guess.

Not everyone knows how to spell pregnant, so everyone who has a problem with it needs to lay off! the spelling is not important. so quit being so f***ing annoying with spell correction! This is no spelling bee!

Anyway, there are many signs. main one is the lack of a period. then comes the growing of the belly, aches and pain and a unbeleivable increase in hunger and weird cravings. It only get worse from there.

I had dizziness and nausea a lot. Pregnancy can cause low blood pressure which adds to feelings of vertigo. Loss of menstrual period, headaches, spotting blood from implantation of egg. Pregnancy can cause almost everything to happen and its different for every woman.
