She had finaly admitid that she lied after a mouth or two after his death. I like to know if she will be accountable for his death, even though she did not pull the triger.

My husband went in the hospital last night.According to him he gave his truck keys to a friend. He didnt say anything about anyone driving it.They were out together and his friend supposedly didnt want him to drive. They had called several times from a cell phone number that he said was his friends. After I found out that he was ok but being admitted to the hospital I decided to call and ask his friend where the truck was so I could pick it up.I was told to hold on (by his gf?)then asked who I was and started acting psychotic stating she wasn't telling me anything would not put him on the phone.I heard her whispering to someone. The title is in my husbands name.I have made the last 4 payments. He isnt in a position to file a report.I contacted the police and they keep trying to bounce it back and forth between 2 jurisdictions and neither want to deal with the paperwork. Its financed and he still owes a bit of money on it.So his friend is withholding it?Consider it theft? What to do?

Has anyone ever been a member of a board? What are they really looking for? Especially with integrity questions... What would you do if you saw your Training Officer steal something? If you pulled your uncle over for drunk driving, would you arrest him?

ME... I would tell my training officer I it was f'ed up for him to steal it.
- I would have someone come pick up my uncle.

BUT, what do they want to hear?

Also, I have to prepare a presentation on what I think to be a serious problem in my community. I am incredible busy with my two babies and work and hardly have time to keep up with problems in my community. I focus on news on a wider scale. Anyone have any ideas that I should focus on? Once I get that direction, I will be good to go... I just need that guidance.

THANKS FOR THE HELP!

They can't get enough of the man, and their still mad about the previous trial. Whether he killed the women or not HE WAS FOUND INNOCENT by your justice system. Blame the system if you think he got away with murder you fools. White people are rubbing their hands together happy that he is in trouble again. But he was setup by crooked cops. The cops have been trying to get him for years, they even planted the gun on him in the first trial. O.J. will get off again, YOU WAIT AND SEE
FREEE O.J.!!!

a gun. The people who use that cliche must be listening to the Rifle Association and gun sellers and repeating a stupid statement without realizing that it makes no sense whatsoever!

Is a radar reading admissable evidence if the radar unit was not recently calibrated, maintenance and calibration records are not available, and the radar gun itself cannot be located (disposed of, or in storage, whereabouts unknown)? Is there a legal precedent, preferably from MN court? If the radar evidence is thrown out, can the stop be based solely on the officer's visual estimation (at night, coming from opposite directions, and the officer was in his third month of active duty)? Any legal precedent here?

Why is it that drunk driving, for example, isn't punished severely? Drunk Drivers should be shot on the spot! It seems that crime is a "business". Why don't the U.S. add a touch of "Hammurabi" to its justice system and I guarantee you crime won't exist...

Hi guys, I got a second offense DWI (Felony) a couple weeks ago. I am currently out on bail. I was wondering if I left state, what would happen? Would I be able to get a driver license in another state? And just be a fugitive of New York? Or what if I left the country? Would they check my records and see I am wanted and arrest me and send me back? Im curious to the out of state thing cause my father did it when he owed thousands in child support and is doing fine out of state. And my cousin did it when he had drug problems, he moved out of state to dodge the law. I think they caught him when he came back to NY though. I dont know but can you really move to another state and not come back to the one you were arrested in? Thanks

Man urinated on dying woman

By ONLINE REPORTER
September 19, 2007

A MAN who urinated on a stricken disabled woman as she lay dying in a street is facing jail after admitting outraging public decency.

Anthony Anderson admitted the single charge when he appeared before magistrates today.

After hearing how his actions robbed the 50-year-old woman of “any dignity”, magistrates agreed that their maximum sentencing powers of six months in prison were insufficient and transferred the case to Crown Court.

They heard how Anderson, 27, shouted “this is YouTube material” as he urinated on and later smothered shaving foam over the hapless victim who had collapsed near his home in Hartlepool.

The town’s magistrates today heard how Christine Lakinski, who suffered a number of medical problems, was making her way home with a box of laminate flooring when she fell ill and stumbled into a doorway.

Anderson, of Hartlepool, was at home with a friend

About 4 weeks ago a friend of mine had an AOL convo and the person he was talkin to said they were gonna gove his IP adress to the police. Nothing happened to my buddy for 4weeks. But thursday afternoon, in front of his neighboors house their was an investigater from the PD. His neighboor asked the investigator why he was in front of his house and he said he couldn't tell (i'd assume thats normal). This raises the question to me, is this a coincidence or should he be worried. I don't know what to tell em. On one hand why would it take 4 weeks for this and why would teh investigator stay in the car for an online/computer type of issue and not come back the next day at a different time when he maybe home? But on the other hand there aren't too many bad happenings in his neighboorhood so maybe they are looking for him. What do you guys think?
