I am a a 8 year police officer veteran detective but i dont have a Bachelors degree. What Federal Law Enforcement Agency will hire me without a Bachelors Degree?

Any of the Uniformed services (Secret Service, Uniformed Division, Border Patrol, Federal Protective Police, Federal Park Police, etc.) don't require a degree. Every 1811 (investigator) position that I am aware of does.
A good in (other than the above Uniformed Services) would be the Federal Air Marshall. They don't require a degree, they pay pretty well, and I know several guys that have done a few years there, finished a degree online with an accredited university, and then transferred laterally (since they were already in the federal system) into an 1811 position with the DEA, BATFE, etc.

Each has a web site and you can find qualifications there. Last I looked border patrol part of ICE did not require 120 semester hours. Check to see if you have the hours anyway, some may have been acquired in the academy. They all do not require the actual bachelors but some will go with the hours.
Also check with your local state U. Many have life experience degrees of some sort were you take a few classes but write papers for those, like investigations in your case, that you have actual life experience for. Those degrees are bachelors degrees.
If you were the real police I really do not think you would like border work the way it is now.

Check with the Border Patrol - if you are willing to relocate they usually offer a very good salary and benefits compared to other federal law enforcement agencies if you don't have a degree.

You might be able to get into the US Marshals Service, the USMS will talk to your commanding officer but it is a long shot but I have seen it done. Now if you dont have a degree and are successful your pay grade is very low and it will take along time to get it up!

As a federal officer, NONE that I know of, unless you have some extraordinary talent they need desperately.

Maybe U.S. Customs, or the US Air Marshalls, but not he FBI,CIA, or Secret Service.
