I wouldn't suggest the death penalty. That would be the easy way out. Put him in a cell, and put pictures of his son all over it. Make him stare at the son he killed for the rest of his life.

Capital Punishment. An Eye For An Eye. The child will never realize it's potiental or have a live to enjoy-take the man's as he has proven he has no respect for life.
The same applies to any woman, there can be no biological or psychological EXCUSE for taking a life other than in defense of self, family or in the line of duty.

Assumption: The Man killed the child not due to poverty but diue to some other heinous reason.
Hang him in full public view; first pelt him with stones and then hang him; we could even look at the methods used in Concentration camps.
I think it is high time that capital punishment is looked at as a means to deter criminals.

If he is mentally distorted he should be treated with care..
Otherwise, We should make him know the value of life and children who are the feature of the world.
He should be asked to live with people who are really feeling proud of their child and how happy they are with them..
He should feel for his mistake.. Every second he should remember his son n he should think abt death for his mistake.
Making him realise is the biggest punishment than just killing him without realising the mistake.

How about a lifetime in prison with a television set he can't turn off that plays Barney the Dinosaur 24/7? For meals he only gets baby food and milk in a sippy cup? All he's allowed to wear are diapers? He's not allowed a regular exercise yard, he only gets to play in a sandbox for an hour a day? The only thing he's ever given to read are books on a first grade reading level?

Anyone not pissed off by the idea of someone killing their child can't be a parent. As a parent, that pos should be castrated without anesthetic, given aids and sent to prison in the worst possible place.

The best punishment for such a man would be captivity with no parole, & no chance of suicide....where he can see beautiful pics & videos of kids all the time & his kid too....He would regret his actons,..whether it was preplanned...or accidental or in amoment of anger...He would curse himslef till the last moment of his life. Just keep him alive.
Its the best punishment.

Depends what the kid did to cause the parent to kill them.
Just kidding, it depends how it was committed. If there was pre-planning or in the heat of the moment, if it was an accident, etc. we can't judge unless we get the whole story, though i find it fascinating that everyone always does anyways.

Put him in Rikers' general population and let all the prisoners know what he did, and give them "free access to do what they will" with him...for life. Death is too good for this kind of scum. He will WANT to die after that! If they must put him to death, bring back the electric chair!

Force him to pay child support in the place of 5 dead beat dads that aren't. And remove his manhood so he cannot make any more children.
