I had (by police) when I was being arrested but it was one of the scariest things ever. I think people might do stupid things out of nerves if this happens and cops do make mistakes.

I am looking to be recuited to DEA; however, i am not sure on the "one internal and three external ways one can get recruited for"?


What are some advantages and disadvantages of each recruiting method for it?

I am wondering, let say i have a gun, or a baseball bat, or a knife or whatever, and someone breaks into my house, and i end up killing him for my safety and my families safety, would i end up going to jail or getting in any trouble?

Because today was a wake-up call, i came back from work, to see my garage door wide open, and i took my dagger and searched the house to be sure.

My wife and I were on our way home from a family dinner yesterday. 1/2 way though the drive home, my wife proclaimed that she had gotten her period and started yelling at me to 'step on it' so we could get home sooner.

I started going a bit above the speed limit trying to get her home when I noticed an officer behind me. I was pulled over and he asked why we were going so fast.

I explained to him the humiliating situation of my wife having her period and even went so far as to show him the stained seat. He didn't care and kept us there another 30 minutes while doing a background check on me and my marker plates.

Needless to say, in this 30 extra minutes the seat was stained a great deal more.

Had this officer not been so RUDE to keep us there for 30 extra minutes I could have probably just cleaned it up with a sponge...now, I'm going to have to have the seat professionally cleaned.

The ticket cost me 300.00 and I'm going to plean not guilty..am I right in doing so?

I've been in a battle with these two guys & I didn't do anything wrong! Guy 1 and I have been arguing & calling each other on the phone solely for the purpose to antagonize/insult(well he doesn't call, but he puts his gf on the phone to call me). Guy 2 started avoiding me when I first had a falling-out with Guy 1. I e-mailed and text messaged him, demanding to know why he was avoiding me if I didn't do anything to him. This led to him threatening me(phone calls & texts), & me retaliating by "threatening" to "f--k his friend," which technically isn't really a threat since it had no potential to harm/hurt/damage. I also e-mailed him a few insulting jokes from the movie Me Myself & Irene.

Since then, he has e-mailed literal threats(along with the ones I received before). I'm wondering if I should follow up w/ my previous police report(which I made when he first threatened to beat me up). What will happen if I do this? Could I too get in trouble, since I made mild jokes before?

Someone under the influence of prescription drugs is committing a DUI, but yet it is not illegal to have an open bottle of those drugs in the vehicle, but an open liquor bottle is illegal. Why do you think they haven't added to this law?

I had a DWI seven years ago 2007..and did my probation and everything right. I been behaving really well eversince..and don't even have a traffick ticket for the last 9 years. A very important company wants to hire me..and today I'm meeting the HR department and they will probably ask my about my criminal background. I know they will check it since they already told me so. Should I tell the truth or just keep it quiet to see what happens?...pleaseeee...give me some advise

If DNA is to be used for implicating people in crimes, then what is to stop ANYONE from collection a sample from ANYONE else, and planting it as a frame?

What if I were a powerful man and wanted to destroy anybody, including keeping the poor broken down, and planted the DNA of those I want to destroy?

I could have anybody killed, and then have someone else's DNA planted on the scene. Law enforcement obeys the will of those in power, not the poor. Why would they object to looking at planting possibilities for the poor? They rarely do this with those who have status, power, and wealth, and who are above suspicion by virtue of there status?

Evidence collection and integrity must go hand-in-hand, and with the obvious dishonest political climate we have in this country, it is completely insane to implement persecution and destruction of lives with this level of precision. Total enslavement of those unable to afford representation would ensue.

My boyfriends is on Felony Probation today he had his music to loud and the cop stoped him and had him a gun point he ran and now they have him for running. Do you think they will let him out for bond? I am really scared I don't want him to go to jail. The 1st time he was lucky to get out because he had a good lawyer and he lucky he got FELONY Probation because at 1st he was on Just Mis Probation. Please help me how much you think the bond would be?They had him at gun point when they checked his id...

Okey! Here is the deal! There are too many cops out there giving SPEEDING tickets and meanwhile Gangs, Killers or Sexual minors CrazY M*F out there! Explain to me! Is it that our cops are not trained to shoot the RIGHT guy or Just GIVING TICKETS?
Its sad to see " Have you seen me?" signs all over! and Crazy MF that killed little Jessica! or a bulled killing someone from nowhere! WHAT CAN WE DO? Can it get better?

i got a parking ticket for parking on street between two handicap signs...... thing is the ticket is 200$ so i'd like to get it atleast reduced... if i was to plead guilty with explanation..... do i need to appear in court or will they expect a letter from me then reduce or leave accordingly


my explanation it was during a snow storm so my vision was abstructed as to seeing the signs on the side of street and also my car was maybe 30% past the sign i wasnt parked directy in the area.... what do you all think!?

also does a not guilty plea require a letter or court appearance for parking ticket?

I have a gun metal grey 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis. I plan on tinting the windows, and throwing some cop hubcaps on my car also. And put three antennas on my trunk. IS this illegal to imitate a undercover cop car? What can they do to me, if they pull me over?
