Law Enforcement & Police - April 2007

[Selected]: All categories Politics & Government Law Enforcement & Police

I was riding home from work with a friend the other night and she got pulled doing 77 in a 55. She was listening to music and singing along because it had been a stressful night at work. When the policeman came to the car, he asked for the usual and her excuse for going 77 was she just got off work and didn't realize it. He also made a compliment that she gave him evidence that she was off her provisional license and was the first to do that the entire night. He gave her a verbal warning and told her to drive home safely.

I claimed that the reason she got a warning was because she didn't have any points on her license and made the officer happy by the card with proof. She claimed it was because she's an attractive female.

So is there any legitimate proof that shows that females get out of tickets easier?

He has a witch for an ex who had been calling him telling him to meet him at the carwash to make up. He went. She drove off so he followed thinking he was suppose to follow her. After she didn't stop he turned off and she started following him. He went back to the carwash and parked (he was waiting for her). After a few minutes a cop showed up and gave him a ticket for expired plates (they were) no seat belts and careless driving (she said he was following her so close she couldn't see his headlights - it even says on the ticket by witness - the officer saw none of what had transpired). He was on private property when he was pulled over and she set him up on the other . Oh, this is in Montana. What and how could he fight this.

Now i'm wondering, when i go to court for the first one, is the judge gonna be able to see the one i got the day after or does it take a while to actually show up? And what options do i have w/the both of them?

btw, everyone speeds now and again. it's the governments big money-machine trap. while good people are paying big fines, meth-heads, murderers and child molestors are getting free meals and housing.

I was living at a duplex for three and a half years and the whole time I was being broke into by the landlord there, and the people on the other side. I moved to get away from it and they found a thug on the police force who knew other thugs on the police force to break into my new home by contacting my landlord and asking to come in and he let them in. Come to find out hundreds of times over the last 14 months I have lived here. I feel as my rights, my money, and my privacy have been totally raped.

I was driving in a construction zone at night when there was no workers. I am wondering if I have a double on my ticket for getting an infraction in a construction zone.

Note: I had a speeding ticket for driving 20 miles over also I did not have insurance and registration papers in my car. But I do have my car registered and insured under me.

At the restaurant ***************** a friend of mine worked there and told me that the entire kitchen staff are illegal aliens. He also said everyone there is paid in cash, and the workers would brag about not having any papers, and making up SS#'s in his face. At one point he approached the owner and asked about it, and the owners response was (EXACT QUOTE)"Big deal, you think I give a **** about that, the government here won't do **** to me they can't even handle their own affairs so the hell with them."(END EXACT QUOTE)

I received a $250 handicapped space parking ticket at my school last month and the citation notice I got in the mail is only charging me $30. The ticket date and time are the same, so I'm guessing someone just messed up. If I pay this, are they legally allowed to return what I've paid and fine me again for the correct offense?

The "Castle Doctrine" simply says that if a criminal breaks into your home, your occupied vehicle or your place of business, you may presume he is there to do bodily harm and you may use any force against him.
