Who is in charge of the South Boston mafia?

Since James "Whitey" Bulger has disappeared, who is now the mob boss? Is Bulger still running the show from hiding or has someone else taken control?

I grew up near Boston (Everett, Ma). Bulger is history.

My best guess is Jimmy B. He has lots of support. More important he has a lot of friends in the corrupt Police Department.
