I don't know what I can do here. Last night, my boyfriends ex-wife's new boyfriend tried to run us off the road and kill us. He chased us for what seemed like an hour, but was really only a few minutes. But we were going about 70 MPH to get away from him and he kept trying to get in front then cut us off and ram us into the ditch. I was on the phone to 911 when it was going on and we finally lost him and got a cop to talk to us. They went to talk to him and then came back and said he didn't think we could take action. We then went to the magistrate's office to take out a warrant and he said that we should not have even been in that area of town so he wouldn't do anything either. How can a man try to run us off the road at high speed 5 times and not get punished? After I have talked to the cops and the magistrate and no one will help me, what else can I do? This guy knows where I live and is obviously crazy. Help me please.

I wish to know how to act like an MI6 agent, do you have any knowledge that you could share? I don’t necessarily mean things such as talking in a low voice whilst holding my index finger in my ear, or straightening my tie whilst suspiciously looking around. Real tips, the knowledge taught during agency training. Things such as being aware of your surroundings, tips on jogging/spiriting/jumping, how to pass through crowds quickly, training my mind to think quickly and decisively, improving my reaction times / hand-eye coordination, are just some examples of what I am referring too. I wish to apply for a position such as this in the future. How could I prepare myself? Your info is appreciated. Thank you.

Okay, this is going to be a strange question, and I know it's not the smartest or the most productive thing to do.. just humor me here:

Is there anything illegal involved in following a police car around the city? Suppose you're bored, or just doing a documentary, or supposedly practicing your right as a citizen to just drive on a public road or keep an eye on the authorities (make up a reason). Can a police officer legally order a citizen to not follow his patrol vehicle around town?

All i know is that my church does this thing with a group of people. We go out and hold signs on the street to stop abortion. My friend at the church just got arrested for doing that because people were handing out flyers to teen age girls to fill them in more about abortion. He has a trial tommorrow, he may go to jail. { oh my gosh } Go to jail for trying to stop abortion. This question i hope you people read. Just please tell me what you think about it, please pray for us. And remember it is a baby even when it is 2 weeks old. It has a heart so girls be careful and guys please it may be fun at the time but what is the end result. Type it in the computer it will scare you. I know it did me

Hi i got a ticket for disobeying license restrictions code and section 14603. I was driving someone else under 20 with a provisional license. Unless a provisional license is also considered a restricted license that doesnt seem right to me. I am 16 in california. I should have been given a ticket for violating vehicle code and section 12814.6 which states New licensee, failure to obey provisions. Is this correct? if it is can the ticket be removed or what?

Hello, I'm a martial artist, and I recently moved up to Bellingham, WA, and I'm curious about whether or not I need a permit to carry/own my sword. I recently had to walk home from practice (my home is about 2 1/2 miles away), and I was keeping my weapon hidden the entire way home out of fear that I'd be arrested, or fined, or something of that nature if the police noticed. Do I need to obtain a permit to carry/own my sword? Do I need to register it as I would a firearm? Any help here would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Would a public defender be good enough? I was below the .08 blood alcohol level. I think that is just driving under the influence. How much does a typical criminal attorney charge for this? Are the judges in Howard County lenient or tough?I feel very guilty and scared, and want to put this behind me.
