If you're on probation and you are charged with a new offense, the court will probably revoke your probation and make you serve the entire first sentence, and then sentence you on the new offense.

It's possible that jail time would be credited to one or the other sentences, but the court would probably look dimly at your inability to complete a probationary period and sentence you accordingly.

You breached a probation order first thats what you got the time for. Now with the new charge you will no doubt get time for that I would say yes it will probably be consecutive time the 30 days plus whatever you get with the new charge. Depends on what the Judge says regarding the breach he just might give you credit for time served.

The statute of barriers isn't an argument considering the fact which you're nevertheless in violation. which skill any statute of barriers won't even initiate till you come. in many situations, the minimum sentence for violating probation is detention center for the relax time on your probation. the actual question is that if the state nevertheless cares approximately your case.

yes you will get credit on the charge that you were on probation for, but not for the new charge unless the new charge is to be served concurrent with probation sentence.
