They obviously have your number, maybe get someone else to call them back and see how they answer the phone, based on that, go see the police.

When and if they do call back, get all the information you can gather. Write it down, then contact your local police. This is most likely a scam. They will offer you deals that sound too good to be true. That's because they are. Then, they will try to get your credit card information and/or SSN. Within a week, you will have $495 charged against your account. Because a $500 purchase flags the credit card company to watch the account for fraud.

EDIT: Out of curiosity, I dialed the number. It is a 711 relay service. What happens is a scammer somehow gets them to make calls. My company was a victim of this scam. The gentleman ordered about $7000 worth of merchandise and charged it to a stolen credit card. Luckily, the police had been watching them and had all deliveries to that address stopped in transit. It took almost three months to sort the whole thing out, but finally the charges were cancelled, the merchandise was returned. We were stuck with a huge freight bill that we had to eat, but it could have been much worse. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT give them your name or any credit information whatsoever. Also, do not sell anything to them if you are a vendor.

Just say, "I am recording this conversation." They will object, but tell them your recorder is running. They will most likely hang up. People don't like to be recorded. It doesn't matter if you are recording, as long as they think you are.

If it was law enforcement, they would probably have identified themselves right off the bat. Most likely its a creditor or something. Hang up on their sorry butts.

That's a toll free number. Try calling it back, and ask who they are. It might just be a telephone solicitor. If they call back again, just ask who do you wish to speak to, and what is this in regards to?.
