Contact the Texas Department of Public Safety in the precint of Roanoke, and tell the you are being denied your day in Court. Then contact the County Sheriff's Office and ask them If their computer shows a Court Date, If not, get the Deputy's Name and Badge # and ask Him to enter a formal Plea of "Not Guilty" into the computer and further ask Him to give you the Officer's/Deputy's Name and Badge #. Next ask him for a case #. If possible, Record the conversation, or have a very "Reputable" individual on the other line. I've actually heard of Ronoake running a "Speed Trap" or Ticket Scam.

GOD BLESS/GOOD LUCK!!

sadly enough you have to pay it. getting hyped up about it will not help you at all. it sucks, its bs, however that is how it has to be for the system to work. you will get your money back if you are found not guilty. why it works like that? well if everyone didnt want to pay tickets, some of those people would definatly not show up for court, wich creates a problem. see what i mean? i know it sucks, but thats just the way it goes. it really sucks when you dont have the money. the best thing you can do is call someone and ask politely and be cool about it if you have a problem having the money. you are by far not the first person who didnt want to pay a ticket, they get people not paying, not wanting to pay, etc all the time. be nice to them because they probably deal with alot of irate people. good luck!

Interesting!. It appears that whatever the violation was, there is a zero tolerance, which means you have no defense. If they say there is no court, and you have to pay, that's the bottom line. Before you get into a serious situation, pay the ticket. Until their laws are changed, you obviously can not contest it. I wish you would have stated what the citation was for.

If i do not visit court docket, it truly is it. No selection yet to pay the high-quality. If I DO visit court docket, per chance the officer is ill that day and would not make it in. Or likely, he does make it in. yet they might barter my charge down and that i pay a decrease high-quality, or similar high-quality yet without factors that impression my coverage. Or they don't do something yet enable me to plead my case. per chance the choose will decrease my high-quality depending upon my tale. all or any of it may ensue. Or none of it. yet when i do not go, i will under no circumstances know. yet once you're paid via the hour and also you do not receives a fee day without work from artwork, then per chance in simple terms paying the high-quality will be more affordable contained in the lengthy run. Oh. on your unique question, definite, the cop WILL take position to court docket. guess on it. it truly is why you could in simple terms wish that he's ill that day.

Now that is wierd. Last time I had a court date I went. They will reschedule you another court date and this time the policeman will be there. If he doesn't show, then the case will usually be dismissed or it will be rescheduled again.

If they gave you a court date, then there should have been a court. Contact a lawyer now, and see what your options are.

You have the right given to you by the 5th and 6th Amendment of the US Constitution to defend yourself in court of law. If they refuse to respect your right, seek counsel.

Let us know how it works out for ya.
Seems to me you already "fought the law and the law won."
Pay the ticket.

Well, apparently, you need to take this up with your insurance company...

Knock off the"discrimination " bit., These excuses do get rather boring.

Now if you want to fight it, get a lawyer. Oh, they have lawyers too.
