A disgrace. When a person is put in jail, they should be punished for their foul deeds. Allowing them to have sex along with other privileges is totally wrong. Jails are to punish not reward.

when a person in custody is allowed a visit where sex is allowed without prejudice it is called a "conjecal visit". In Canada at least, when an inmate is allowed his/her spouse/common law/other; or any other person that has been cleared by the institution to stay for an overnighter it is called a PFV (Private Family Visit) and lasts in most cases for 72 hours.
