if you have a probation officer and you move to a differnt state do you get another probation officer or does your old one come with you ???

you are not allowed to leave the state when you are on probation.

ok, i'm going to assume you are serious and give you a straight answer...

you get a new one. provided, of course, your old one LETS you move! if you are on probation with a state, you are under the jurisdiction and supervision of that state. when you move. you must first ask for a transfer to another state, and then find a probation officer there willing to take your case. good luck!

in case you're on criminal probation, you're prohibited from associating with understand drug sellers, clientele, traffickers and are prohibited from residing in a oftentimes happening drug living house. apparently the living house you reside in is or grow to be a oftentimes happening drug living house, and confident, your probation officer can violate you for residing there.

You must let your po know that you are moving before you move! At that time the po will begin to look for you a po in the new place where you are relocating!
