Okay here it is, a friend of mine has been charged with posession of a CDS II. She went for her arraignment and discovered that they have the charges filed under a different name. Will say her name is Karen A. Anderson but the charges or filed under Karen L. Anderson which is her mothers name. Is this a technicality that will cause the charges to be dismissed. If so will this protect her from going to jail or will they just bring the charges under her name. She also has charges because the guy she was arrested with stuck his charges on her.

Okay this is what is happening. My boyfriend has a troubled 15 yr old son who is in and out of juvey. They ordered for him to have a counselor. When they sat it up they said EVERYTHING would be confidential that the son would talk about w/ her and nothing would be discussed w/ anyone. He told her so many personal things and stuff he has never told anyone. Im sure alot a it was bad. But he did it because he was told none of it can be discussed w/ any 1 else and no 1 could find out about it.
Well he is in big trouble and they are planning on taking him out of the home for a year or so. At the last court date the judge ordered all of the paperwork from the counselor so he could look over it w/ the probation officer.
My b/f thinks its illegal b/c he was told it was confidential. He is looking for proof that it is illegal cuz hes "certain" it is. He said if he finds it is then he will be able to have a diff. judge for his son and he may not be taken away. Is this illegal?

i cant under stand how these prisoners get drugs into the prison from there visitors ,there should be a barrior between them and the visitor like glass where there is no contact,and thay should build these new prisons in the west coast of scotland on an island ,and have 2 visiting wrights every 3 months, thay are in prison for braking the law so pay the price ,this country is to soft with these nutters

i'm 17 going on 18 years old and thinking about moving in with my bf's (boyfriend) parents house, yes he lives there too and we plan to go to college there in PA. But my mom said that by oregon law you can't move 'till your age 21, but i thought you can be age 18 to do whatever you want because your an adult, right?

I was told by an acquaintance that while it was illegal for someone under 21 to buy or sell a hangun, that someone over the age of 21 could buy the gun and transfer ownership to the person, assuming they are over 18 and have no prior record. Any truth to this? I'm in Nevada if that helps.

emergency surgery was needed and my court appearance was also right after the surgery.(the next day) now i have a bounty on my head for 37000.00 ...i called ahead of scheduele as best i could notifying both the courts and my lawyer i would have to reschedule a appearance.the bails bond that got me out. it was 36,000.00 on paper. i had to pay the bondsman 3600.00 to get out and he also had my dad sign his cows and land. after i paid the bondsman in full and went to court, wasnt the deal with the bondsman done? he is telling my folks that hes going to take the land and cows if i dont turn myself in. i thought i was awaiting a notice to appear as a result of my inability to go the last time? ive appeared 4 to 5 times since/after i paid him back. does he/can he do this?

I am a Mexican citizen. In the 90's I lived in Argentina and back then I was stupid and comited a crime for which I was sentenced to several year that I served and got released. Now I am happily married and living in Dominican Republic. Now I want to get the Dominican citizenship but first I have to sign a document declaring that I have never been arrested or sentenced for any crime in anywhere in the world, and in case that I lie in my declaration and they find out, I can get up to 3 years for lieing in an official document. I know that once I aply for the citizenship, they do a criminal background check throu Interpol. What shoud I do? Do you think that I will apear in Interpol's database?

got caught driving without a licence before, got caught again a month later. im 18 now. live in massachusetts, what type of penalty am i facing? i dont mean not driving without license(card) in posession, ive never had a license.

note: not driving on suspended license. i got no penalty for first offense,just pleaded guilty. i was driving without a license, 2nd offense. not on suspended license.

with a good lawyer can i get off with just a fine?
