Profanity is abuse of authority and the police man committing this offense could be charged administratively and criminally.

No. A profane command is not abuse, it's just an attention getter.
Verbal abuse, such as a profane discussion of the legality of your parentage, your gender confusion, your lack of intelligence, etc. might be cause for some disciplinary action.
Beating you until you cry for your mama, while you are handcuffed and choking on pepper spray after being tasered would probably be brutality. And, yes you finally get to sue.

Ya! sue! I'm sure it was real bothersome! How bout this! How bout the cop's sue everytime someone uses profanity against them or better yet everytime someone files a false report against them. Im sure if they used profanity they had areason for it. Quit being such a sissy. It would be different if he used the "N" word, I would back you to the death then. Instead of sueing people for crap, get a freaking job!

Here's a better idea: Stop commiting crimes and you will lessen the chance of being told to "Put your f***ing hands up!!" by the police

Where is the brutality?
No, you cannot sue for police brutality. The officer has not broken any criminal or civil statues.

Swearing at you is police brutality? What is it called when you swear at a police officer? I thinking beating you would be more like police brutality.

Well it depends on how important you really believe that is. If you think cussing is the worst they couldve done and you think it end out with the officer getting into trouble and you going back to business as usual then I say do it. I think you know better though.

No, you can't sue for Police Brutality. You can make a complaint to his superiors for improper language if you like, but I would suggest that you "Put your f***king hands up" and stop complaining.

Absolutely! I think it's a great idea. Go spend some major bucks on an attorney and go for the gusto. However, don't be surprised when the judge throws it out with a "frivolous" attachment (and by the way, the $$ you spent on the attorney will be non-refundable).
My suggestion? Put on your big-girl panties and deal with it.

Why don't you, and your team of lawyers get together, and look up the word brutality, and then maybe you could figure out a gentle way of telling someone to put their ******* hands in the air.
