So long as it is your property, I would think you would be protected by the Right To Freedom of Speech.

If the police actually see you doing the graffiti, you will probably have to PROVE it is your property. Beyond that, unless the graffiti qualifies as pornography or violates a specific law, I don't see a problem.

It depends on whether you own or rent and what you say if you are in the US. Nonetheless it would have to be pretty over the top to get arrested. You would probably be evicted from your rental and have to pay for the dammages, or if you own, then you probably agreed to some "rules" regarding the neighborhood that would not permit such things. It would take a while, however, for you to be compelled to remove it. Neighbors won't like you much however.

yes, you can do graffiti on your own property, because t's your property. However, if you write naughty things or if the community does not approve (if you live in one of those crazy communities) they can make you paint over it, and possibly fine you.

as long as the graffiti art is on your own private property or you have permission from the owner to paint the police dont have any jurisdiction.

The Police won't bother you. The neighbors may not be too happy, and your parents may want to have a word with you. Remember, it's their yard, not yours.

Lol, i think that you can do it, but it depeneds on what your neighborhood says, for example, in mine, it doesnt allow certain colors to be the main color of the house, but since it is your property, i think you can.. and if not, they won't arrest you, they willl probably just tell you to take it off
