See if you can find an address for the company. If you were charged, the bank or your credit card should have the address. Notify the Better Business Bureau in the area you live in, as well as the area that the company is in. Also contact your state's Attorney General and the AG of the state that the company is in. Your bank or credit card may also begin an investigation into the company.

First, call the company and tell them you didnt recieve the item. They may not know. I work for an online store and if someone calls and didnt get there items we check the tracking and if it shows delievered or lost in transit we have to submit a claim (contact carrier and see where its at) if the carrier claims its lost, then you are credited back. If this doesnt work call your credit card company and tell them you didnt recieve the items. They would take care of it from there. Good Luck

Dispute the charge with your credit card company stating you did not receive the items you paid for. Let them deal with it. Unless the online store can prove they sent the item, they will be forced to refund the money. In the meantime, your account will be credited by the credit card company while they solve the issue.

If they charged this amount to one of your credit cards call the card issuer and file a and dispute the charge. They will investigate.
If directly from your bank as a debit notify your bank. It can take 2 weeks to 2 months to resolve this issue. .
Make sure you keep all correspondences and the names of whomever you spoke with ( date and time too). Keep all records.

Report them to your credit card company. I ordered something online that I never received, and the credit card company took it off my bill. I don't know what they did with the company involved, but I came out of it okay.
