Please come up with a new question. This is the sixth time you've asked.
1. Fine, and or incarceration
2. Possible revocation of privileges
3. Good lawyer, no. Great lawyer, maybe

I'm in Australia so don't know if I can help but here in Australia unlicensed driving has been taken very seriously. I personally know 4 people who received 6 months jail driving unlicensed ( they each had been caught 3 times before actual incarceration) You probably won't get prison yet, but the fact that only a month has past since last time might mean at least 200hrs community service or a suspended sentence ( this means you may get 6mths suspended sentence but you only do the actual jail time if you commit another offence. If no offence is commited within the next 6mths, then you're fine and nothing happens )

If I were the judge, and the penalty permitted by law, I'd give you 30 days at hard labor and then one year suspended sentence, to go into effect if you EVER get caught driving unlicensed again.
Take the damned driving test! Get a license. The drive within the laws.

Actually you need to grow up and take responsibility for your actions. Go get a license and stop breaking the law. What difference does not having a license or suspended license, both are illegal to do. Grow up and do what is right before you screw up the rest of your life and never be able to obtain a license.

You have already demonstrated to the court that you don't take the court seriously.
The judge told you last time not to commit this offense again - but you did anyway, and only a month later.
I'd be surprised if he didn't put you in jail.

You're not looking at jail time, but you could be facing a hefty fine. The state may also suspend your license, not letting you obtain one for approximately 12 - 18 months.
