Who took a picture and fingerprints of you? Wal-Mart? They can't do that. And they wouldn't know if you used an ATM card. It's not linked into a security data base or anything like that. Just don't shoplift again and you should be OK.

You are still a minor in the eyes of the law & you should ask your parents to share any paperwork they signed with you. If they didn't sign anything, then why do you think you are banned? Did they just tell you that? Over the door, you will see a small sign the state, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason." As long as you are there to shop & don't do anything to alert security, then you are probably safe. If the card is used & they don't want you there, you will be asked to leave. Go nicely & don't cause any problems & things will be fine.

When they took your picture and fingerprints they were recording your identity. You were probably "trespassed." If they tell you never to return to the store then you can be arrested and charged with trespassing if you return.
They will not even notice you using the store but if you were to get caught shoplifting again they would use that to add trespassing to the list of charges. That is why store detectives record people caught stealing there.

You said you "took" the mask so you stole it then well getting banned from Wal-Mart is not that bad you could be in jail. Shop at K-Mart

You did'nt go to court and did community service? Your parents , I take it , negotiated that 'sentence'? ATM and credit cards would'nt alert them to the fact that you had been banned 4 years ago. I doubt that you are even on their list anymore. The lists are updated every 2 years or so . Just keep your nose clean.

They can only ban you for a max of 5 years. But make no mistake, if they ban you for 5 years, they dont forget! They have pictures of banned people in the security room and if a security person happens to see you, they will call the police.

Technically once you were banned, that means forever. However, I seriously doubt that your ATM card will be a giveaway. But if you get busted there again, your name might be in their internal database and get flagged.
My suggestion? Go to the store manager and state your case. I suspect that you will be given the go-ahead to continue spending your $$.
Good luck!

Quite possibly if you had a social security card in your wallet at the time of arrest, but generally juvenile records are sealed so if you don't boost again or help yourself to a sample from the liquor display, it's highly unlikely you will be noticed.
