I've been in a battle with these two guys & I didn't do anything wrong! Guy 1 and I have been arguing & calling each other on the phone solely for the purpose to antagonize/insult(well he doesn't call, but he puts his gf on the phone to call me). Guy 2 started avoiding me when I first had a falling-out with Guy 1. I e-mailed and text messaged him, demanding to know why he was avoiding me if I didn't do anything to him. This led to him threatening me(phone calls & texts), & me retaliating by "threatening" to "f--k his friend," which technically isn't really a threat since it had no potential to harm/hurt/damage. I also e-mailed him a few insulting jokes from the movie Me Myself & Irene.

Since then, he has e-mailed literal threats(along with the ones I received before). I'm wondering if I should follow up w/ my previous police report(which I made when he first threatened to beat me up). What will happen if I do this? Could I too get in trouble, since I made mild jokes before?

I've already ceased contact with them. Yet they keep calling.

If you look at this from 3 sides, you'll see that my worst has consisted of saying "price check on Viagra, isle 5...don't got enough cream in your profiteroles?"(a modification of a line in Me Myself & Irene) to Guy 1, and telling both guys that I will hook up with their guy friends just to spite them(which technically isn't exactly a threat).

Guy 1's girlfriend told me that "pregnant or not, I'll f--k that b--ch up." (She said that b/c they think I'm pregnant. I'm not, but that's not important.)

Guy 2 threatened to have me AND two specifically named guy friends beat up. He also used more derogatory language than I used on him with my PG-rated Viagra joke. A week or two earlier, Guy 2 threatened to call the cops on me if I called(I was asking him why he was mad at me). So I didn't call, then he texted me claiming that he'd called the cops, then I found out this was a lie(he never called the cops).

Speaking of "childish" behavior, Guy 1 is 19 and Guy 2 is 28.

I'm not "upset" about this, I'm just trying to see if they fit into a technicality of a criminal offense, as "revenge" for Guy 1 cheating on me and then Guy 2 hating me simply because Guy 1 cheated on me(I never f-in did anything to Guy 1).

They may have gone further in the threats than you did but you started it. You are guilty of Harrasment to them. you then get upset when they harrass you back.

You need to grow up and just leave them the hell alone. that would solve everything.

I certainly believe that because you continue to send emails and text messages...they do so in return.

My suggestion is quit "beating a dead horse" by continuing the contacts. Even though you've filed a police report, to say the least, you are contributing to the continuence of the problem.

In my own state you have an issue involving "Harassing Communications" and possibly "Stalking" because of the bodily threats of harm.

Again...quit participating in their childish behavior and let things simmer down!

Best wishes.

Who should not be threatening you at all but you also need to stop contacting him as well. It works both ways. If he continues to threaten then yes let the cops no but stop contacting him or it may come back against you.

No, you shouldn't report this to the "cops". You need to grow up and quit acting so immature by doing the same exact thing they're doing. You've already done the damage on this one. DEAL WITH IT YOURSELF! ...and learn from it for the future.

Sounds like you have been giving it as good as you have been getting it! Stop responding to the emails and change your phone number.

Maybe YOU should grow up, and drop the issue... Since THEY are only responding to you.....

You are egging him on. They hadn't contacted you and then you went and contacted them. SO just stop contacting them.
