The naxals have attcked and killed 50 policeman in Chhtisgarh. It is a national offence and requires to be tackeled by the army. But the UPA government will dis own its responsibilty saying that law and order is a state subject.

I had an affair with a man a year ago. He kept records of our conversations. So he has proof of the affair. He wants to tell my husband and daughter. It's my own wrongdoing... I already got my NBI clearance and I have no crime record on it but when I was supposed to get my police clearance, the officer told me that I have a pending case at court,I was shoched bec I dont know anything about it.The Name of the person differs on me by one letter only, but doesnt have a maiden name.What would I do with it?Can I get a Police clearance from different depertment?Can I show them my NBI clearance that I am not thesame person on there file?

I met and fell in love with a woman that means everything to me. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me, very sweet and kind person. I really want to marry her, and start living a normal crime-free life with her. I believe she is in love with me too. We are dating for a year and a half now and our feelings only grow stronger. She knows that I was not law-obidient in the past, but she has no idea how bad it was and never asked me about the details. Do I have to tell her about my past before marrying her, or I better keep quiet about it and wait till she asks me first about it??? I have been convicted of three separate crimes: selling drugs, gas-station robbery, and bank robbery, on three different occassions, and have done in total 18 years for this in prison.

Can I get some examples of how my P.O can expedite my out of state transfer? My P.O is a great one to have couldnt ask for any better, but he is new to my case. Im 24 years old and Im working towards my bachelors in criminal justice. Problem is that I got into some trouble when I was 16. I got charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Because of the severity of this I got tried as an adult and was placed on probation BUT NOT CONVICTED, well deferred adjudication actually. My record shows that I was accused but never convicted. I spoke to my advisor at school and she told me that I wont make it into the police academy. She told me to talk to a probation and a parole supervisor to see what kind of chance I stand as to getting a job when I get my bachelors but I've been afraid to do so. I hate to think that I just spent two years studying and working hard for an area that Im not going to be able to work in. I kept telling myself that maybe if I got at least my bachelors that my previous record would be overlooked but I think I was just lying to myself.I need to talk to those people but I dont know what to say or ask. What do I do?

My car is registered in NC. I wanted to get tinted window, within reguation of the NC of course. I have family In IL and visit there a lot. Could I get a ticket for having tinted windows when driving in IL? I know that IL does not allow the front windows of a car to be tinted and NC does. I was just wondering if in IL they could give me a ticket for that, even though my car is registered in NC and I am just visiting IL?
