It's a really long & sad story, but let me get to the quest. My sister is in the pen. She's a felon on mult. convictions & has a bf that's a convicted & wanted violent felon. She has been looking for someone to parole out to from the pen, but has been lying to our mother about the rules involving it continuously to her. Our mother had to go to the local parole officer to find out the real rules and regs. of paroling out to someone and refused since there's a 99% chance my sis won't follow them. Anyways, my sis & her bf have been trying to get our mother to lie to the parole board to help her get out (A felony on my mom if she did). It turned out this morning that they had went around our mother & decided to lie & use her ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFO for her BF. You can't parole out to a wanted felo. The parole board called me thinking I was him and wanted info. I told them the truth about this. I am scared he's gonna kill me or my mom. Which of the above should I get? Both? Help Please

Sometimes I'll be driving through a large parking lot where there's not much traffic or pedestrians. If there's a STOP sign, but no pedestrians, is it okay if I go through without stopping?
On public roads I could get a ticket for that, but just wondering if a police officer were in say a mall parking lot, and saw me not stop at a stop sign, could I get a ticket?

Back in 1995 my Father who has already passed away bought a car from my Aunt's Boyfriend at that time(they are not together know but they did had a child that year). When my Father passed away in 02" he left the car for me to use for college and etc. Me, being in need of money and dumb at the time, I decided to sell the car in 2005. I sold the car to my Aunt's Husband. At $500. its a cheap car, but its a memory of my dad to me. He only paid me $150 in total, and that was back in summer of 05. Know that im requesting my car back after more than a year of me waiting on him to pay me, he says the only way for me to get the car back is if I pay him what He paid me. Wat can I do, to get my dads car back that I know want to fix and build up again?

i was driving down the motorway the other day and i was going just over 70mph, i am still a restricted driver, and there was a car parked on the bridges above me with what looked like a speed camera. but it was just standing there on a like a tripod, there was no police officers there or anything, it was silver what do u think it was???
