I was driving. It was raining. I approached a police officer taking up shoulder lane and the first passenger lane with blue lights on. He was protecting guy putting gas in his car. As I approached closer, the officer turned off lights and I saw that his wheels were making a 360. I honked at him, because if not he would have hit me. He immediantly got behind me, followed me for some seconds and turned on his lights. He pulled me over. I asked him why he pulled me over. He told me to get out my license. I gave him license and asked him again why he pulled me over. He would not answer. Finally he said, "I pulled you over because you almost hit pedestrian that was putting gas in their car." I argued with him back and forth that this was not true because of the fact that officer already had 2 areas blocked for pediastrian. He told me that he was going to write me a $500 ticket. he says he has me on tape. How from behind? Can I get this tape? He told me i cant look at tape.

The person sent text msgs, called the police saying i was harrassing them. They made a fake profile on a website with pictures of me and pictures of a woman and faxed it to my wife's job, they called my job trying to get me fired. all this because i chose not to be friends anymore because of circumstances. the police won't help me but instead they served me with a trespassing warning when i never bothered to be in the neighborhood oh the other person. i tried the same thing for a trespassing warning and the told me no. I have a witness that was told by her that she is going to make my life miserable. THIS PERSON IS MY SISTER. what can i do?

I'm completing a criminal background check and they are asking me if I've ever committed a crime. I'm not sure if that would be considered a crime, even though i know it will show up on my background. please advise.

My brother is in a new real relationship and his fiancee is 8 months pregnant. His fiancee keeps getting Private calls from what we think is my brothers ex saying lay off my guy and getting threats. Would filling a police report do anything? Would they have access to phone records to see where these calls are coming from?

I have just recently gotten in an accident. I crossed into the other lane and hit a guard rail because I slid on a patch of ice. I was going 30 m.p.h. in a 55 zone and there was nothing I could do about it to control the situation. Yet the officer gave me a ticket for crossing into oncoming traffic and striking an object. Is this something I would be able to fight in court and win since it was solely based on the weather and there was nothing I could have done to avoid the situation?

BEWARE OF PAPER IN THE BACK WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICLE NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKINGS

You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside.
You start the engine and shift into Reverse.

When you look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.

When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car jackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car.

And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car. So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!

I see grafitti, dumb a** people with loud music in their cars or my neighbor which HURTS my ears and health.... c*appy highschool kids(the ones that turn gangster and don't even study) fighting with eachother in buses, disturbing the peace. There's a bunch of things that I always witness but they never get caught. Should we all take matters into our own?

for the drugs?

If the drug dealer had all this money rolling in, why would he accept razor blades instead of money ... I know they are expensive and all, but I don't understand it.

I know some stores lock up their razor blades because people steal them a lot.

Has anyone else heard of this?

Can anyone explain it?

In the UK all Police Forces will have a Local Area Intelligence team usually staffed by civilian Police employees but headed by a uniformed Sergeant. The role of the AIT is to gather, process and share intel which could be used for a specific operation, an arrest attempt, or just a general briefing for Officers to be aware of a situation.

Who in the US does this kind of work? Is Police work in the US predominantly intelligence led? If Intel jobs are open to civilian employees where is the best place to find out about recruitment?

It is sad, terrible, devastating. The worst thing is that it could have been avoided if they made a desition to cancel school for that day, just in case. Prevention, why, why, why???they didn't cancel school? Why wait until the last minute?
A day can be recovered, a life, imposible. What do you think?
