I live in Florida and over 20 grams is a felony. Even though 20 is more then enough for personal use I still think this is pretty small to be convicted felon? How much marijuana should be felony posession in your state or whats your opinion?

i have a dui back from october. i recently got my sr-22 but no notice from the dmv that they received my proof of enrollment from the dui program i have to do, so they said i have to wait for that till i go turn in my paperwork. i got pulled over two days ago and got a "driving on a suspended licence" and have to see the judge at the end of the month. what may happen? should i try and turn in the sr-22 into the dmv? does anyone know?

Ok, so there was this pig hiding behind some bushes as I have come to expect from local police forces and (someone flashed their lights to warn us) trying to fill his ticket quota instead of going after the real criminals and rampant drug deals that are so common today and just doing some honest police work, so anyways I really had the urge to flick the guy off, and so I asked my dad if he could pull us over for that, and he said he thought that he could, so I think that is bs, just because hes a cop he gets to give u a ticket because you flicked him off? anyways, then they pulled the switching with an unmarked car trick to try to catch people speeding and we were behind this other cop for quite a while as he pulled out of the subdivision we were in ahead of us and he kept making rolling stops into the crosswalks, CITIZENS ARREST right? apparently not, cant do that, so anyways have you ever flicked off a cop?

I am entering police academy this summer and I would like to go buy a handgun ahead of time to practice my marksmanship. I have never owned a gun and really have never been around guns much. My fiance is in jail and he goes to court on Tuesday - he has 3 open cases.
1-violation of probabtion
2-having Rx medication (a vicodin) without a prescription
3-something about having a weapon in his car ... which was actually a socket wrench

His bail is 25g's and he has been in there for 3 weeks.... would it be better for him to get bailed out either today or tomorrow and show up to court on his own or be taken to court while in jail?
If bail is the way to go..... can anyone help me find a bail bond place that doesn't need me to be married to him and who doesn't recuire that we own a home!

For several years I have been told that my local police have damaging evidence against me. The evidence was not obtained by legal authorities. I do not know the exact nature of the material the police have or the reason why someone would want the police to have evidence against me. No charges or complaints have been filed against me. My lawyer has spoken with the authorities and they do claim they have evidence against me but will not tell or show her what material they have. Other people also know of the evidence being kept.
