I live in Florida and over 20 grams is a felony. Even though 20 is more then enough for personal use I still think this is pretty small to be convicted felon? How much marijuana should be felony posession in your state or whats your opinion?

I don't think pot should EVER be a felony. However, I am for a tax on pot, in the form of a card purchased at party stores upon proof of age. The card expires after one month, and allows you to possess the amount you paid tax for. One might argue then a felony could come out of a large amount which holder has not payed the tax on.

It relies upon on the state and the quantity. below an oz. isn't a legal in maximum places so some distance as i understand. A warrant is only something it truly is issued by technique of a courtroom for an arrest to be made or another type of order to be observed.

If the government feels strong enough about marijuana that it will ruin entire families lives with aggressive legislation, go for it. Making the lives of the lower and middle class worse has always proven to be the best solution in solving the drug epidemic. (Extreme sarcasm)

I used to think differently but I miss my friends who have been killed because of it. All or any should be. If it is made legal then so be it. Just make sure you don't hurt or kill one of my kids or other family members.

No amount of pot should be a felon. It should be legalized, taxed and safely distributed like other tobacco.

Pot should be as legal as alcohol and tobacco. It does less damage and is far less adicting.

Until Texas Oil or Haliburton can figure out how to make billions off of it, though, pot smokers are out of luck.

I don't do drugs. I don't smoke. I do drink. But, if alcohol and cigarettes are legal 'killing machines', then marijuana and other so-called 'recreational' drugs should also be legalized. -RKO-
