my husband is in jail for a blue warrant, to my understanding we have to wait to see if he is indicted before they parole will have a hearing. I am wondering how long does it take to find out if you are being inicted?

texas is where the blue warrant is at. arrested for a so called crime, then parole picked him back up and he is in jail without a bond until parole decides his fate

Never heard of a blue warrant. Where (State, Nation) or we talking about. An indictment is usually passed down by a grand jury here in Louisiana. A parole hearing is held for someone that has already been convicted and serving a sentence. Need more info.
