As a cop you'd be absolutely stupid to even consider anything like this. Although I have no doubt this occurs I think you'll find most cops get jammed up in the longrun.
The forum to contest your ticket is in court. It is not in the vicinity of my lower abdomen. I pride myself on ethical behavior. I'm no prude. Not by any stretch of the imagination but being held to a higher standard than the rest of you I intend to uphold that, even if some people in my field don't.

I am a guy, due to my luck I have never been stopped by a female officer so I haven't had the opportunity to ask what can I do to avoid this ticket..........and I would rather kill and run if a male cop asks me!!!!
I have however, been close to female officers on training due to a close friend who is now retired but asked a few times to train with them at their headquarters...........I did get away with a few hands in the wrong body part or good depending on how she felt about it but acted as if got there by mistake......most of female cops are friendly with in the headquarters specially if you are not bad looking and funny......once in the street they change and are pretty mean!!!

Nah. But I did dance for a fella I knew once to get out of being giving a ticket... I remember him going 'well now, son, I know you're a good guy and all. So why don't you just go on and show me you mean it.' Then his brow screwed up in feverish concentration... "Dance like a robot!"

I've never been in danger of being arrested so there would be no need. Perhaps, you should start obeying the rules, instead.

Even if you were stupid enough to try that, they have cameras in their cars taping you the whole time.
